When arriving, the lobby felt so grand and luxurious with seating in the front! The check in process was through a machine but the staff were friendly and available for help when needed. The disposable amenities available were also easy to access and had a great range. The room was also a nice and tidy and the bathroom was the same too. I liked that laundry machines were easily accessible. The location compared to the city centre (especially Sendai Station) was extremely convenient.

Although most of my stay was pleasant, if you want to book parking you need to book beforehand which would be cool if it was listed on booking.com. It also would've been nice if the pillows were a little more comfortable. Also I did have to run clothes through the dryer quite a few times before becoming actually dry so I found you had to put slightly less of the recommended weight on the dryer.

We paid $175 AUD a night for a triple room - super affordable! So what we got for that price was fantastic for a family of four. 2 double beds that’s easily fit 3 of us plus a single. We requested a high floor and they gave us the top floor! With a great view of the city. Rooms were modern and clean. Spacious bathroom and powder room area, making it easy for multiple people to shower and get ready for the day. Bathroom had both shower and a bathtub with a cheeky tv in it. Pj’s were also provided along with many room Amenities you can help yourself too including bath salts. We can’t rave enough about the location! A 5 min walk to Sendai station which made everything so much easier. We would stay here again!

Great location(10 mins walk to JRSendai Station, Sendai bus Station, Metro Miyagino Station, 2mins to convenience stores, 5mins to Post office and around with many restaurants and department store for shopping) Clean room with bathtub and organics amenities. Have coin laundry and vending machine service on 7th floor. All staff vary polite and have a high responsibility for their work. Front office and manager tried to do the best for supporting their guess. (Thank you very much for helping us sending our luggages)

Great location - walking distance to the central station and everything there, parking right next door. Great deal- would have been a bargain at twice the price, really couldn't believe it. The lobby and room decor is simple and nice, scando style I suppose, easy on the eye and all round pleasant. Everything you need is in the rooms or available at reception. Staff all great.

That we didn't plan more days to stay, and didn't try the restaurant as well, I am sure it would have been the same top standard.

The room was very comfortable, well-designed, and surprisingly spacious (the largest of our Japan trip by far, and shockingly also the cheapest!). The self check-in procedure was quick and easy. There was also a well-maintained coin laundry room. Location near Sendai station is super convenient. We were only there for a one-night stopover, but I would have gladly stayed for longer.

No downsides to mention - the hotel is centrally located, and our room was both comfortable and affordable. Strongly recommended for anyone coming to Sendai, either for a brief stay or several days.

The environment was quite modern and new. I stayed at the 6th floor and I loved the view out the window. You can put your luggage at the lobby but the hotel won’t “keep” it for you. They allow you to put it in open space.

The walls and ceiling weren’t very soundproof. You can hear people packing and walking upstairs. But considering the price and location, I think it’s of great value.

breakfast buffet was great. Rooms were spacious, clean and new. Great location. There is an excellent katsu place right around the corner with huge portion sizes for very cheap. Staff was friendly and accomodating.

The rooms were very very dry. Probably on me, but I couldn't get the vaporizer in the room to work. So i woke up with a sore throat. Other than that it was excellent.

Room size was OK considering rooms are small in Japan. Location was very good. There were some European options for breakfast - eggs, omelette, tomatoes, lettuce, ; the chocolate bitesize cake was really good. As a vegetarian I appreciated the options as this is not a given in Japan. The lady who hosted breakfast was really kind and attentive.

It's my second time here! It's a hotel I visit every time I visit Sendai~ Convenience stores (Lawson, 7-Eleven, Family Mart), Yodobashi, Sendai Station, and more the shrine behind the hotel is also good to look around I'm going to go again next time : )
