Friendly staff and while old, the room was clean. The free drink service is nice. I didn't try the public bath areas but thought that it's nice that the women only one is always locked.

Unfortunately you can hear the neighbor room sounds and especially the hallway. I couldn't sleep well because I woke up due to sounds (if you're not sensitive it shouldn't be a problem). I smelled someone's e-cigarette too.

The hotel is at walking distance from the main train station. There is a drink machine by the entrance with free warm and cool drinks; there are also at leat two normal vending machines, the ones I'd seen were with beer and ice cream. The hotel also has separate common baths for men and women; I really liked that the hotel has safety measures to ensure the privacy of its guests.

Actually I'm really surprised why this place has such low scores. Rooms are very simple and some people can say it is not comfortable at all, but inside you can find almost everything you may need. The location is good, if you want to live not so far from Sendai station. There is a public bath (small) that works all night and even a sauna. I think it's a great value for such money.

There is no cold bath, so you can't cool down quickly after the sauna.

The A/C was great. Shower was small, but not bad. The lobby staff was exceptional. They took our bags before and after check in/out so we could walk the city, this is above and beyond for me. Free tea in the lobby. Great customer service. I’d definitely stay here again. Great value.

The bed is so hard! People from USA are nit used to very hard bed.
