If you are one who likes unparalleled sea views + hot spring baths, give this place a try! The bathroom and room decorations are a little old-fashioned and have a sense of age, but overall, everything was functional and very clean, plus room amenities were good. If the weather is good, do take a soak in the open-air footbath on the first floor of the hotel and enjoy the views while at it. They also provide yukata in the room, which can be used around the hotel as well as to bring to the bath. I highly recommend trying their outdoor bath, which has amazing views of the Pacific Ocean. Hotel staff are all very friendly and helpful, and even though some couldn't speak good English, they tried their very best to help us with any queries we had. much appreciated. Would return to stay next time!

The hotel was in a beautiful location next to the ocean. We had ocean views which were lovely. The breakfast and dinner buffets had lots of choices of both Japanese and Western foods. The heated infinity pool was a nice treat in October.

We had paid a premium for two rooms with 4 adults and 2 children aged 4 and 7 yet when we checked in there were just 2 twin beds in both rooms with mat areas in both for futons but they charged us extra to use the futons for the children even though the futons were right in the room. This was not made clear when booking. They also charged extra to use the baths which wasn’t expected based on the price of this hotel.

+ Stunning views from the refurbished deluxe sea view room and outdoor foot bath (which is a great spot to enjoy the sunset) + Deluxe sea view room was very spacious and nicely done up + Onsen overlooks the sea + Opted for the sushi dinner course which was good + Wifi worked well + The staff gave me a small eco bag as a birthday gift

- There are 3 options for dinner but breakfast is buffet style only which personally I feel isn’t what should be offered when a guest pays a premium (buffets tend to be served at not-so-deluxe hotels) - Some parts of the hotel are dated but to be fair the main areas like the lobby, the outdoor deck and select rooms have been refurbished

Dinner is good "love the pudding", Breakfast is good, Very good location which just opposite the bus stop. Friendly staff and many staff can speak fluent english, love the smell of freshly baked bread near the entrance. Great 足湯 with the small towel prepared, Good game room with billard pool. Want to give compliment to staff at the Spa accept my booking even it will extend their work hours. A bike rental is available just beside, althought is close at 6pm

Excellent unobstructed view from the footbath where you can see the sunset Friendly staff Right next to the public bus stop which is convenient. the free shuttle pick up is right in front of the entrance as well The room was spacious and clean with a good view of the ocean. Good variety of food for buffet breakfast & dinner. We also tried the set course dinner once and the food was delicious there as well

the first evening of our stay there was a traditional drumming practice which visitors can watch. it was interesting but it happened to be on the same floor of our room.. and it was LOUD.. the drumming wasn't late but we wished to rest early and that wasn't helpful..

The online booking system: English and Japanese versions are different in terms of prices and packages. If there is an English version on the official website for booking, that will be much better. It was confusing that we didn’t get the breakfast included when we thought we did

Even the footbath comes in the shape of an infinity pool! The sea view from the room was unbeatable. The onsen facilities are great and spacious, offering different options. Buffet meals are tasty. The Shirarahama beach, is of a short walking distance. If you are a good walker, even 三段壁 can be reached by foot within 20-25 minutes.

The free shuttle bus to the Shirahama station was full easily even if trying to book in advance, perhaps due to the big groups who stay there.

Actually, I love the landscape of this hotel where located at the bank of the sea. It is an amazing thing and so beautiful. Moreover, buffet foods are outstanding highlight. You can enjoy with a lot of food but some kind of beverages are not included.

Your facilities in the hot spring room are not variety.

The breakfast and dinner are provided and got a ton of options. Onsen area is huge, and loved the view. Facilities and service are wonderful.

There are smoke area in the hotel. And the room we are assigned to apparently belong to that area. We can smell heavy smoke smell as we approach our room. Wish they asked us to choose non-smoke options.

Staffs are very helpful and nice. Buffet breakfast and dinner have range of selections. Tidy onsen. Ocean view is very nice. Excellence bakery.

Room is a bit old. Not many selections of buffet drinks like juices. Buffet foods are quite standard, second buffet will be a bit bored to have same foods.
