We enjoyed a one-night staycation. Staffs were very attentive and helpful, making our experience pleasant. The property itself is well-maintained, though some maintenance work was ongoing in other parts of the hotel during our visit. The team invited us to revisit, and we would definitely consider returning in the future.

The location isn’t particularly appealing unless you’re a local or have a specific reason for choosing this staycation spot. However, once you’re inside the property, the exceptional hospitality makes it worth the visit.

The staff were excellent, specially the staff at the Front desk who did smooth check in and check out. Samana at Front desk and Smarika at Zodiac and Manjula during breakfast and dinner were very caring and nice. Overall the stay was comfortable.

We reported one incident that happened on the first night of our stay. It was 2 am at night and someone was knocking our door until we opened the door. The person said he was from housekeeping and brought water for us. We did not ask for water as we were sleeping. When we called at reception, the person receiving the call said it was a mistake. The water was for another room. He did not even apologise for the same and behaved as it was very normal for the mistake to happen at 2 am in the night. We were not expecting this.

Great experience because we got an upgraded room. The breakfast and dinner buffet are very good. The a la carte menu even better. We gained some kilos… We stayed 8 nights and the wonderful staff did everything to make us feel home … like if we were a king and queen living in a palace :) We even got the swimming pool for ourselves and could enjoy the peaceful sound of the birds in the garden. Really a relaxing place. Thank you so much for everything ❤️

Wonderful staff, always helpful,kind and polite,set in beautiful grounds, large comfortable room. I would defiantly stay there again. Great for a peaceful few days.

It was just a bit far out and it took a long time to get anywhere because of the traffic.

The behaviour of the Staffs are outstanding friendly. Specially Mr Joy was an excellent personality. Similarly The master chef was another person to mention. Overall all the members of the hotel welcomed my family with highest possible hospitality. However the distance is far from New market and there are rooms which need definite renovation.

The approach to the hotel looked like I had checked into a bomb site. The 2 preceding buildings were in various stages of decay/renovation. Very disconcerting.

The amenities and facilities are good. rooms are clean. swimming pool is big. they have a bar from where u can buy drinks and have it by the pool.

Swimming pool timing is till 6pm that is something which needs to changed. Every resort pool timing is till 8pm, standard. The check in time is 2pm check out time is 10am. This is also something which should be considered. can’t have 4hrs block window. The staff needs to be more courteous and learn to handle customers with positivity. Most of the staffs are like saying no to everything u are requesting. The breakfast was not at all good. many of the food were uncooked. They have lots of variety but most of them are not cooked properly. better to have less variety and keep it well cooked and tasty.

I liked the food. I enjoyed the peace and quiet. I liked the space and the ability to take a walk. Staff were very polite and courteous at all times. Also portion size of food was very generous.

It is difficult to get a cab or uber. If the hotel had a driver or a car it would be great.
