I recently enjoyed a delightful stay at a mountain hotel, and while it wasn't without its charms, it fell just short of earning a perfect rating. Here's a breakdown of my experience: Dining: The hotel's dining options offered a decent variety of dishes. I particularly enjoyed the breakfast buffet, which had a good selection of both local and international cuisine. The dining staff were friendly. Service: The hotel staff were generally courteous and willing to assist with any requests. However, there were a couple of instances where communication could have been clearer, leading to minor inconveniences. Nonetheless, the overall service level was satisfactory. Scenic Beauty: The location of the hotel in the mountains was stunning, with picturesque views in every direction. Waking up to the sight of towering peaks and lush greenery was truly rejuvenating. The hotel's outdoor seating areas provided a perfect vantage point for guests to soak in the natural beauty. In summary, my 4-star rating reflects a very enjoyable stay at this mountain hotel. While there were some minor room maintenance issues and occasional service hiccups, they did not significantly detract from the overall experience. The breathtaking mountain setting and the range of activities available were the true highlights of my stay. I would certainly consider returning to this hotel for another mountain getaway in the future.

Accommodation: The room I stayed in was comfortable, however the interiors could be much better like the flooring in comparison to the price. It provided all the essentials needed for a relaxing stay in the mountains. The bedding was cozy, and I appreciated the attention to cleanliness. However, there were a few minor maintenance issues in the bathroom, such as a not very clean tiles, which, while not major, did affect the overall experience.

Breakfast - Add- Thapla - Dokala (Gujarati items) coz every day paratha is heavy..... Location - very good near by Mall Road.

Lift is very small - level -2 Rooms are very small as they are referred as King Room. Less moveable spece in the rooms. No use of Balcony as there are monkeys coming. There's no Day light and air comeing one side rooms and different types of samle..... It's like dark besment.

We have recd amazing customer service, and the Desk Manager Miss.Smiley have a special acumen to handle the guest with great respect and honor. Also Mr.Manoj at the front desk was a very cooperative and decent man. We have given a call to reset WiFi in our room at midnight of 1:34 pm, and the in our r surprise reception has picked up our xall, and the technician was in our room in 5 minutes. This is the example of best customer services, which is no other hotel in my opinion can provide in midnight in Mussoorie. In the restaurant, Mr.Rithik serves us very well. The breakfast was also excellent fresh and served with a variety of juices and milk shakes. I strongly recommend this hotel as their rooms are very spacious and the bed is very comfortable.

They need to do something for bigger capacity of geyser in bathroom.

It's situated directly at the Mall Road which is a good thing but at the same time very crowded area. Cabs can't come to the hotel as there are unions on the Mall Road.

Location is just behind 'mall road' bazar. Breakfast options are ample and tasty, Idli, dosa, poha, toasts, omelette etc.

Commercial vehicle can't go to hotel, as it's not allowed on mall road. However not a big issue as it's just 100 meter walk from 'library chowk' or riksha is available if you have luggage.

The rooms are clean and unlike other hotels we've been to, Pride Ashiyana Resort provides you with a thermostat which helped us a lot during cold nights. The staff is very helpful

Great location. Nice rooms with balconies and spectacular views towards the snow-capped Himalayan range. Good breakfast.

Bathroom not 100% up to western standards. Room could have used a real deep cleaning into the nooks and crannies.

The staff were really helpful, even after when we checked out and our transport to Delhi got messed up
