The Conrad Hilton my go-to hotel for my business trips to Pune. It has everything a business traveller needs when away from home. Excellent roomy well-appointed rooms and suites, business services, restaurants, staff, etc. It’s not so far from the airport as well. I’ve stayed here many times and will certainly return.

I love this hotel. This time, however, the only constructive criticism I have is that the flautist brought into to lobby and atrium to provide soothing experiences during the breakfast hours was overbearing. I would rather have silence at this time of day. He played marvelously but I would not call it soothing.

Everything was good according to the expectations.

On duty manager behavior. He was very rude at the time of solving queries.

Breakfast was really good quality and the widest selection we've seen in a breakfast buffet. All the staff were helpful and attentive. Would definitely stay here again when we come back to Pune.

Hard to fault anything, but my tip would be to ask the hotel to arrange tuk-tuks rather than taxis. We asked for a taxi one day and were given a hotel car, which was obviously more expensive. The staff were quite happy to order tuk-tuks.

The facilities, large variety in the breakfast spread, clean spacious rooms and bathroom. A TV screen while having a bath. The little practical alarm clock/charging Dock on the bedside table allowed us to charge our powerbanks, and the amazing linen and pillows made the biggest difference. The staff are ALL wonderful. The travel desk manager went above and beyond, and it was such a breeze to make arrangements for us or to translate to our uber drivers.

Nothing at all to mention. Highly recommend this spot.

Incredible hotel! Definitely one of the best I've been to anywhere, I would highly recommend it. Having stayed the following night at the Radisson Blu in Pune, the Conrad was 50% more expensive and WELL worth the extra money. The room was a great size, the bed was very comfortable, the bathroom was very well appointed, including an actual bath, the staff are amazing, the hotel is breathtaking and the food was exceptional. There was a huge array of options for breakfast, although the western food was mainly catering towards Americans with a sweet tooth rather than Europeans, I guess they know their customers.

The hotel wouldn't allow a wedding photo shoot, which seemed dumb. It's free publicity, and isn't social media free marketing for venues?

Room space and layout. Bed comfort. Some very good staff in main buffet restaurant. Forgotten the guys name, had an angel tattoo on his forearm. Clearly understood our detailed requests

Exec lounge was below the expected level compared to marriott and leela exec facilities, both staff and food and drink options. Room refreshes didn't refill minibar unless specifically chased

This is a magnificent hotel. The Indian breakfast was superb, with new types of dosas and iddlis every day, freshly made chutneys and tasty sweets. The staff was extremely attentive, and they had beautiful decorations and ceremonies for Diwali. This hotel gave luxury in the best sense of the word--comfort, quiet, pampering, service.

I have no complaints.

Well appointed rooms, great location (very close to Koregaon park). The check-in was very smooth with the help of Mr. Varad. Breakfast spread was good and the chefs Mr. Mitra took great care of our dining needs. The executive lounge staff provided great service and were very efficient and the food was nice too.

Food and service at Coriander Kitchen excellent. Service slow on one item (a fruit platter)so we had to cancel it. (Perhaps he thought we wanted it for dessert, but he did not ask.) The beds and the pillows were comfortable, but I wished for a top sheet because the comforter was too much warmth. Staff at reception was great. Everyone was friendly, helpful, and smiling. That was the best part.

The room was crowded, too much furniture, what use are those big chaises? The electronics were too complex, we proceeded with guesswork, still needed a tech to come up and get us on Prime Video (which soon turned itself off), another tech to come up to turn up the temperature, as the range of choices for guests was too limited. He needed tools. The interface with all objects was NOT user friendly. Why can't there be written instructions? Why can't there be simple light switches? Why are there no USB plugs since that is what most people need for the things they carry when they travel? Why no instant coffee? Why did nobody explain how to work the elevators? Why no elevator down to Coriander Kitchen when old people with bad knees hate stairs?

I absolutely love the pool, spa, and sauna part The helps for room service was efficient and kind One of the most spacious and minimal rooms from all the hotel in Pune.
