All the staff were great, our room and the property itself was very tidy & clean. Rooftop pool was fun, and the smoking deck on level 4 is a nice area. One thing every guest should do is have a massage here, Devi and Rosa have skills and technique that is genuinely amazing, best in the area from my experience. Overall, our family had a very enjoyable stay here, good food and shopping locations were close by, as was the airport when we sadly had to depart. An excellent value hotel that exceeded our expectations

Sometimes the air freshener was a bit overpowering in the elevator, no big deal.

Prime Biz Kuta was a fantastic little hotel near Bali's international airport. We were able to take a Grab straight to the hotel with ease and did not have to wait hours in traffic. The hotel offers massages which we would HIGHLY recommend taking up - we did the couples massage after our long flight and felt super relaxed. The hotel is a perfect location for a one night stay near the airport especially if you have a flight to catch the next morning. It is great value for money. Keep your expectation at a min - its no frills no fuss.

The room is a bit dark overall (wall colour etc), but we didn't book this room for aesthetics.

Helpful staff, excellent transport service. The hotel's restorant has an authentic Indonese cuisine (I can tell because my wife is local). It is close to the airport so very good for temporary stay after arrivel to Bali.

The glass door of the shower part in bathroom stuck and couldn't be closed so it was unconfortable to use the shower. (We didn't complaint to staff because we spent only 1 night here.) Some guests were bothering noisy and the staff didn't remind them to respect other guests.

The bedroom was big enough and very clean. The bed was really confortable. The swimming pool area was huge and nice and we were the only people there in the afternoon. We had dinner in the swimming pool area while we watched the sunset. The staff was helpfull and friendly. The breakfast had a lot of options. We only stayed one night but this hotel was a really nice surprise and we highly recommend it.

Very accomodating and professional. Beautiful roof pool with a view. Breakfast buffet was decent (both local and international cuisine) from 7-11 (or maybe 10:30?). We were allowed late check out. Also they let us store luggage which was super helpful. They have print service which was useful. 30 min walk to the beach, close to the airport. All in all, a great place to stay near airport! We also used their spa service which was a nice massage.

Strong cologne smell everywhere and not my taste of music playing. No shade at the pool.

All the staff were very friendly, helpful and professional, reception, restaurant and house keeping. Nothing was too much trouble. The hotel was spotless.

It would have been nice to have a bit more choice of European food at breakfast. But we are in Bali so made the best of it. Not really a complaint just a suggestion.

It was a short stay of a few hours before going to the airport. The room was spotless and perfect for a shower and a short rest before leaving. Will use this hotel in the future if leaving on a night flight. You can book a transit room for up to 12 hours. The hotel staff will take you to the Airport which is very close. Great value.

Nothing

The location of the hotel are very perfect with many grocery stores and restaurants nearby. The hotel is really close to the airport and Kuta Beach. The breakfasts are great with many variations, especially the local dishes such as sambal matah are delicious.

The hospitality of the staff in the restaurant would be great if they were more smiley and friendly. Some staff were nice, but some didn't even have smiles, so if they had more smiles, it would add perfect value to this hotel.
