The gardens and pool area made it a lovely place to return to after a day’s sightseeing. My room had a nice terrace overlooking the gardens. The old town in Bari is quite intense and I appreciated the contrast of staying in a relaxing place with plenty of outdoor space. Being close to the station was convenient for trips outside Bari. Professional, friendly and helpful staff.

It was a half hour walk to the old town and the waterfront. Personally I didn’t mind the distance, but the location might not suit everyone. The area immediately outside the hotel seemed a bit run down and the main pedestrian route to the old town was via an underpass. The underpass was well used, and I didn’t feel unsafe using it in the daytime, but after dark I’d take a cab. If you’re keen on being at the heart of Bari nightlife it might not be the best choice for you.

The breakfast was good and had all things needed for a good breakfast.However the breakfast room was a bit small and the tables set too tight. Because of a large group it got very crowded around 8:30 -9:00 am and it was too loud and it got difficult to maneuver. The park outside is gorgeous. However since it was unseasonably cool and extremely stormy we could not use neither the park nor the pool

The facilities were a bit faded and would need some renovation. The area outside is not the best and it takes a while to cross the railroad tracks and walk to the old town. The stay was a bit too pricey for what was offered.

The location was beautiful. It had it's own garden setting and a lovely outdoor pool. The suite was HUGE and the jetted tub was delightful. Breakfast was delicious—I only wish the ending time was an hour later.

It's not city center, but it is close and quiet.

Breakfast was excellent, so was the dinner on the first evening after our late arrival. As we were a group of 8 people, we were directed to a separate room with a round table for 8 persons, really very pleasant, with excellent service in the restaurant and at the breakfast. Food choices were very good, but the service of the staff and management was excellent!

The location is fantastic, but the room are requiring a revival. The room and bathroom are very clean, but get a little bit outdated, compared to the main hotel areas and surrounding garden and swimming pool.

Breakfast had plenty of variety in particular Sylvana would cook fresh omelettes or pancakes. Reception staff were very helpful with all questions and good service provided throughout. Room was very clean and well cleaned every morning. Air con was good and room remained cool. There's free WiFi. Pool and grounds are very nice and I found the location good. Close to train station and a chain supermarket across the road and another nearer the train station. A bit of a walk to the old town about 25 minutes but that didn't put me off and once you walk across under Bari Centrale station you're into a bustling city with plenty to offer. There are nice restaurants, coffee shops, geliatiere and self service laundry in the streets around the location without going far at all. I felt quite safe in the area other than the road traffic.

Breakfast buffet could do with additional coffee machine as it gets quite busy and I would prefer bacon and sausages to cakes but that's probably a cultural thing. Also only a small number of rooms have a balcony so ensure to request if you want that.

A very good hotel with friendly and helpful staff, a super beautiful garden around the hotel, especially good is the swimming pool and deckchairs around it. The garden view from the hotel window is fantastically beautiful both at night and during the day.

The breakfast arrangement is very strange, only one coffee machine is available, with a constant queue, and when will it be full or will the milk and beans run out? The warm meal is only an omelette, and even that gets cold while you wait in line for coffee. The fish is constantly running out, not even porridge made with water can be found. Fresh orange juice is available separately from the bar at an additional cost. In short, the breakfast would need a very critical review by the hotel management, the same thing every day, or nothing. Another embarrassing note is that toilet bowls could sometimes be used to destroy bacteria using a duck neck.

Excellent selection of food and beverages for breakfast with a Chef on hand to prepare an omelette on request. The hotel has a swimming pool surrounded by a beautiful garden. The al fresco restaurant overlooks a lovely waterfall. The hotel is a 20 minute walk from the train station and 30 minutes from the old town. There are two excellent supermarkets within a 10 minute walk.

Poor lighting in the bathroom providing approximately 60% coverage, inadequate for makeup application.

Exceptionally friendly and helpful staff. Restaurant was very good. Breakfast was great.

Sound insulation in the room was poor, despite advertising the room as soundproof. You could hear people in the next room talk and laugh or go to the bathroom. The spa is not clean. The jacuzzi does not have a drain and is not drained after each customer. We went there and the water cloudy with some things floating aeound. We had to call the reception to ask for it to be cleaned, but the process of draining and refilling takes a good hour, as the jacuzzi doesn't have a drain.

Rooms are clean, breakfast is great, staff is friendly, nice facilities.

The hours of the fitness center really frustrate me. I choose a hotel that has a gym so I can workout before meetings. THe hours of the fitness center are 7 am to 2200. SInce I have to leave early, I can't get into the gym in the morning so I am left with going to the gym in the evening after meeetings and work, but I find it is usually a choice between dinner or the fitness center. Nobody is in the fitness center. It isn't monitored. Why can't it be open earlier? I actually switched hotels in Bari because of this. Also, the restaurant does not have dinner on Sunday evening.

Modern, clean, spacious rooms. Wonderful pool facilities, friendly staff. The breakfast was ok only, the pastries were stale and the lady making the eggs was very unpleasant. The cleaning staff did an excellent job every day in our room. It is a 10 min walk to the train station and the main part of the city, which we really welcomed. We did do a lot of walking as we wanted to explore the old part of the city, which is approx. 35 min walk from the hotel. There is a gem of a bakery, two minutes up from the hotel, which we only discovered on the last day, they had the best pastries in Bari! Supermarket is within a short distance from the hotel too. We would most definitely stay again.
