The staff, for sure. The bed was very comfy. The breakfast was ok - as usual in Italy - yogurt, tea, coffee, lots of cakes, a bit of savoury, too. I would have preferred more savoury things as I don’t like sweets for breakfast. But that is a personal preference. I would stay there again.

The heating was very loud so we lowered the set room temperature to stop it from working.

The room was lovely and the staff very friendly.

Location was awful. 95 euros for a taxi from the airport. Nothing open (feb) hour walk to the metro, no taxis and the bus was every 40m minutes (I never saw the bus). No dinner service available at the restaurant, we ended up buying food from a small super market. We cancelled our booking, should not be advertised as Naples city centre.

The hotel is nice, clean and comfortable.

Breakfast isn't very good. Too much sweet meals and only pieces of bread with ham or cheese. It was ok, but not much. But the worst thing was location of the hotel. Surrounding streets are dirty, full of garbage, pavements grown over by bush. Nowhere to go, nothing to do around.

It might be the best hotel in the area. Big room with balcony, although there is nothing to see from there.

The receptionist was fantastic - specifically the curly haired Moroccan woman who was incredibly patient and helpful - she forewarned us of the public transport issues on Easter, called us a taxi, and talked with us while we waited. Incredible customer service. The room was clean, spacious and well-lit.

The only terrible part was breakfast - we arrived half an hour (7:30) after breakfast had started - only to find there was no food left due to a large group arriving at 7. Not the hotels fault, however, we sat for 45 minutes waiting for the food to be restocked and only witnessed the staff chatting as well as picking up “untouched” food from previous customers plates and returning it to the main table. We complained to reception who proceeded to order them to give us food but we definitely expected more from breakfast at a 4 star hotel. Also the entrance doors are strangely heavy and difficult to open

The stuff is very mean. We only wanted to ask her for more covers. She started screaming and complaining that we are annoying. She could have communicated normally but she choose not.

Quality price accordingly with location all ok

The swimming pool out of service .......is very long time now.

Parking. 24 hr reception. Breakfast a pretty good buffet. Near the beach.

WiFi code did not work. Door card - locks a little old / tricky. Area is ok, still under some development
