The location was easy to get to and walking distance from the beach. The staff was helpful and the apartment was comfortable and clean. We also had parking included. We were given drinking water as well. For the price, we were quite satisfied.

The grounds were not cared for as they might have been. It was after high season, so they were probably understaffed. Mosquitos were bad enough that we didn't feel we could open windows. We were never able to access wifi.

Bedding was somewhat uncomfortable but this is quite personal.

Fantastic location next to a beautiful beach that is a short 2 minute walk away. Very nice and clean residence that is spacious. Washing machine present and handy. Very friendly and polite staff. Reserved parking spot right in front of the residence. There are great restaurants and a geletaria right by the property. Nice and safe area. Pool was very nice and the kids enjoyed it. Cute little market on the property that had some fun local Sardinian speciality foods. This is a great beach house as it is so close to a very nice beach. Walking to the beach is so much better than having to load up the car and fight with parking.

Next to a restaurant that played loud music until after midnight most of the nights of our stay. Sometimes the music was very loud. Only one A/C unit for the whole residence that left us feeling too warm much of the time.

The location was brilliant, one block from the beach and one road back from the harbour and all the restaurants and bars but was still quiet. Apartment was a good size and had good kitchen facilities.

The pool closed every day from 1pm to 4pm and on Saturday morning so only opened up at 4pm. They also closed it with the slightest sign of rain - one day it didn’t open because it had rained early but by 9am it was sunny but the lifeguard had been cancelled. This was not advertised by Booking.com and had we know we probably wouldn’t have booked it. The pool was also a little run down; tiles coming away and sun loungers broken so needs a bit of TLC. The staff, whilst helpful, told us when we first arrived there was no supermarket open in the town as it closed at 8pm. That was their onsite supermarket and there was another elsewhere but they said theirs was the only one in town.

Great location, close to the harbour with lots of restaurants, beach is 100m from the lodge, very nice pool within the property (though the opening hours 9:30-13:00 and 16:00-19:00, Sat morning closed) are quite weird

One of the 2 staff members was very rude and unpolite. The other one was great! No names... The garbage collection (separation and recycling) is great in theory, but it was a huge mess, ended up with huge piles on the terrace as it was not collected regularly

This property was in a great location, the staff were very helpful, beautiful outdoor space. comfortable bed with air-con in the room too

A couple things were need in the room, corkscrew, sharp knife and and extra mirror (one one above the sink in the bathroom) would have been handy.
