The staff was all very friendly. Really cool location with close proximity to a nice beach as well as access to the town with shopping and food. We visited with our 10 month old daughter and requested a crib. The crib was in our room when we checked in and was perfect for her. Breakfast was ok, but lunch and dinner at the on-site restaurant was amazing (get the ribs).

The bed was a bit firmer than our preference. We thought that we booked a room with a balcony, but it was just a sliding glass door with no room to sit outside.

Breakfast had a great selection of choice, staff were friendly and provided everything needed. The rooms had everything that was needed, and were clean and spacious. We loved the fact that it was a walk to the beach.

We were not aware that walking in the neighbouring streets was dangerous, and we were threatened by a group of youth with a knife, demanding our bag. We alerted the hotel who were responsive, the police however were unresponsive, and would not come and take a statement from us.

Beautiful room (pool view suite) with great amenities. The staff were friendly and kind. The hotel is a nice size- not too big. Lovely pool area.

The organisation of breakfast was chaotic with slow refill of many food items and a long wait at the egg station. There wasn’t much information about either rooms or the environs readily available . However, staff were usually very responsive - you just have to ask for everything!

Spacious room and bath. Clean and comfortable, with seating for dining and lounging. No outdoor terrace, but sliding doors gave the same effect. Nice restaurant onsite. Outstanding friendly and helpful staff. I would stay here again.

Eggs to order at breakfast was nice but the resulting line meant we didn't bother and impeded access to the rest of the food. I'd be happy with scrambled eggs on the buffet.

The pool was too cold

Smoking permitted around the pool . Please make one of the huts à smoking area . Some mornings no bananas or yoghurts at breakfast .

I visited for my anniversary weekend. Breakfast was great. It had a variety of food options to choose from, and my anniversary dinner was very delicious. The staff were very friendly and professional and attended to all my needs and queries. The room was well kept and clean. The furniture arrangement complimented it well. My pool view was amazing, beautiful view.

I did not like that; the directory of the resort, operating hours of the restaurant, and pool hours were not printed and placed somewhere in the room for ease of reference. The AC in my room was not working well. I forgot to report it before I left.

Just returned from an amazing stay at Coco Palm with my family. All the staff at the hotel are so friendly - special shoutouts to Anaman who answered all our questions and arranged our tours and the chef (sorry not sure of his name), he went out of his way to make my Nan an early dinner. Rooms: had everything you needed, one thing that impressed us a lot was they had UK plug points as well as their own plug points - we’ve not seen this in hotels aboard before. Location: there’s plenty of restaurants, bars and shops around the hotel. Tours/sights: we highly recommend going to Pigeon Island, the views are beautiful and worth the trek up the hills. We did the land & sea tour, you get more info when driving across the island and then you relax on the catamaran going back up. We also did the sunset cruise on Saturday evening and again the views were stunning and the crew were fantastic.

We were disappointed that the spa was closed but the hotel did offer to book elsewhere if we wanted.

The hotel is small and nice, don't expect anything fancy. The rooms are a good size and the beds are comfy with good decor and they keep them clean. The pool is also pretty nice and the beach is only a short walk, the location is ideal to go out to different bars, shops and restaurants in the area of Rodney Bay. Overall is good!

Careful! My sunglasses got stolen when hanging out by the pool. I left them on top of the table with my book by the sunbeds my friend and I were using. I simply went to the toilet for two minutes, which was by the pool and by the time I came back my sunglasses (RayBans) were gone. My friend didn't see anything as she was in the pool swimming at the time and with her back to the loungers. We asked the bar if they had seen anything and also went to reception to explain what had happened. Nobody really seemed to care and didn't know what to say or how to help. Do not leave any valuables unattended, especially in open areas like the pool, bar or restaurant.

Nice layout. Patio pool rooms were great. I was worried about noise but it was really quiet.

Better signage for the beach needed. A nice sign at the cut through gravel road, instead of the graffiti-like one on the wall to the entrance, would be much more appealing. It’s the easiest and quickest way to get to Reduit Beach.
