The staff was friendly and they allowed us to leave our luggage after checkout for a last walk around the city. The location was very safe and pretty, close to the train and bus stations, although somewhat far from the main attractions. Rooms were very clean, well soundproofed and the amenities in the bathrooms were adequate. The view from the windows was pleasant, and the elevator looks great, Beds were comfortable.

The rooms were too small, we (3 people) had a lot of trouble opening our bags inside the room. The security box is small, a 15'' laptop doesn't fit inside it. Since it's one of the most common things travellers store, it could be a simple and welcome improvement.

I loved the twin adjoining rooms on this one - super quiet evening. rooms were clean and tidy, quiet. The breakfast was top notch, just the way i like it.

Nothing really to point out, it was a shame that the hotel restaurant was closed on the night we arrived. Being in Spain, we could have struggled to find a place for dinner.

Lovely hotel in the heart of Valladoid. Clean, well presented, with spacious modern rooms. Nice bar and restaurant close to all the amenities. We had a family room with 2 joining rooms ideal. We parked in the underfloor garage and had a great time.

Nothing, all good. breakfast could be a bit expensive for some, especially a young family like ours. We had breakfast at one of the many local cafes.

The gentelman who checked us in took a lot of time. We arrived probably 2h later than we put down as an arrival time but when we arrived he told the room is not clean. Waited around 20 min on the desk. Could have offered free breakfast for one of us. In the morning our keycards didn't work.

The restaurant closed during the day, it was a little difficult to set up the heat. No iron or ironing board in the rooms you have to call the front desk and ask for it. The hallways in the room were very narrow. Not enough hangers.

Comfy bed Quiet even though on main road Parking garage

I don't eat breakfast just have a cup of tea, most hotels allow me to sit with my husband at breakfast to do this, but I wasn't allowed here but directed to their coffee shop in the lobby. I ended up paying for breakfast I didn't eat.

New. Very clean. Good air conditioning. Excellent breakfast. Excellent location.

The parking in the hotel was very difficult to get in an out. We had an Audi A3 and one of our travelers had to walk in front of the car to make sure I made the turns.

The staff's friendly welcome helped upon arrival after a long and tiring trip. The rooms were very clean and it smelled so good. We loved the mini fridges to keep our food cool for our ongoing trip. Breakfast is phenomenal, so many choices! We recommend this place if you are passing through as it is not far from the highway.

No downsides for us

Good location, could find parking right in front at an affordable price. We had two double rooms conncted, which was perfect for a family with two children. Beds very confortable. Restaurant of the hotel served very good food. We were close to a big and beautiful park and the main square was a 30 minutes walk distance.
