This hotel pleasantly surprised us! Large and very clean rooms, comfortable beds. Finally, a kitchenette worthy of its name – fully equipped with dishes (plates, cups, and cutlery for 6 people). There was an outdoor barbecue area for guests, which was also available (and used). Breakfast was good, unfortunately (as is often the case) mostly disposable dishes and cutlery, but at least there were real coffee cups. Free parking. A great option for a stopover between the Grand Canyon and Palm Springs (or LA). The pictures on booking.com are true to reality.

The breakfast exceeded our expectations and had enough variety to even please a 70+ year old Vegetarian. The staff, facilities, amenities were all reminders of the Hilton experience. Warm, comfortable, welcoming that make you seek out these accommodations when away from home.

More attention to the stiffness of floor in the room would have been welcomed in construction. When you walk on the floor (2nd story) everyone in the room could feel every step. For the comfort, cleanliness, quietness, ease of access, amenities and the excellent staff not a deal breaker by far.

The visual was great, it ALMOST felt like home.

The Staff in Reception. Administrative Staff left some of their hospitality skills at home! It IS a pet friendly hotel that doesn't want dogs who bark. We had all four of our dogs w/us. When people(strangers) walked near or past our room door our dogs barked, as a pack they all chimed in , at the time we were enjoying the complimentary breakfast bar. If pet friendly is allowed, then maybe Hilton needs a refresher on what the term means...

The room was clean and spacious and comfortable with a modern style and feel. The breakfast was good, coffee was good.

A handheld shower head would be a nice addition to help rince off soap in the shower. The swimming pool needed some attention to the clarity of the water and possible chemical imbalances, shortage of chlorine is the usual scenario.

Good location. Fridge and micro in the room.

The pillows are those horrendously mushy feather filled pillows that turn into flat pancakes no mater how many you stack up under your head. I woke up with a stiff neck and back pain due to inadequate head support. All the Hiltons have those stupid pillows. I forgot to bring my own--but if you dont like mushy pillows bring your own! The bed wasn't very comfortable either.

Excellent service from staff, great breakfast, free tea/coffee available to take away. Room very clean and loved the kitchen with all the facilities. Lovely pool and outside area, very comfortable and great free parking outside.

Location was as stated, 20 min from the London Bridge.... which is easily walkable, however it was v, v hot, so difficult to walk even that distance with no shade.

Kimberly at the front desk checked us in. She was very helpful, friendly and knowledgeable. She made us feel welcome. The room was spacious - plenty of room for the two of us.

Breakfast choices were a disappointment. Housekeeping in the public areas could have been a little better. Maybe they had just had a very busy time. The room was very clean.

The location is exceptional as it is right by the park and the river. For people that like to walk this is the best place we saw. Hotel and rooms are clean. Breakfast was good and lots to choose from.

Breakfast should go longer as people are on holiday and want to sleep in and relax and not rush down to eat before 9am. Hot tub is super small and area was not cleaned as there were coffee cups and a pop can left by the pool for 2 days.

The front desk staff at check in was very friendly and professional. And the cleaning staff was very helpful in getting us additional towels upon request. And the cooking staff tried their very best to keep up with the high occupancy of guests that were overwhelming the "free breakfast".

Nothing. My wife and I will definitely be staying here again in the future.

I am overly light sensitive. Having proper light blocking window treatments was a godsend. The staff were very nice and the facility was spotless. We loved the location, being able to walk in the park after a day in the car was fantastic. Good restaurants within walking distance was also a wonderful surprise. We were so pleasantly surprised.

We had no complaints.
