I love the location and the area because it close by a lot of restaurants/bar and also I visited the mall and it is very nice. The shuttle service is phenomenal, the drivers are very friendly.

It was a little too pricey. I had to almost $1900 for only 4 days and also plus I have to buy food for lunch and dinner so I end up spending a lot of money.

Loved that we were able to check in at 10am when we arrived and at no extra charge. So nice and much appreciated. Staff was so helpful and pleasant too. Property is a bit dated in some areas but the location to everything was wonderful and the staff was superb! The fact that we were able to check in at no charge was such a plus for us! Would definitely stay at this property again. Free wifi, no charge for parking and no resort fees are a plus as well!

The sliding glass door to balcony was bolted shut. Unable to open at all.

The hotel was beautifully maintained, and the staff was very friendly as well. I absolutely loved my room, however I paid for a room with a view of Camelback, and the room they gave me did not have a view. On the third night, someone checked into the room above me and kept me awake with loud stomping and banging sounds that went on well into the early morning. When I spoke to the girl at the front desk the following morning, she was very apologetic and offered to switch rooms. I loved my new room even more than the first one! I will definitely stay here again!

Location great. Did not eat the breakfast. All restaurants were too expensive. Water bottles. Grounds and amenities. Architecture.

Prices at restaurants spas ect. Too expensive. No microwaves in the rooms. Only one central microwave in the canteena. Resort fee. My stay was one night. Check 4 and check 10. It was summer no amenities had covered areas and they closed early. Why not keepthem open lateraftrr sunset when then sun is not so intense. . Not enough time to enjoy any of it. Have an adult pool and a family pool. Don't charge resort fee either build it I to the price or make it optional.

The front desk staff was more than accommodating and went above and beyond for us. They upgraded our room and included 2 tickets for their wonderful breakfast buffet at no additional cost as we were celebrating our wedding night there. I would absolutely stay here again and recommend the Scottsdale Double-Tree Resort to anyone looking for a beautiful place to stay in the valley. Thank you again!

I have no complaints, everything was wonderful

The location is excellent, very close to downtown Scottsdale, with plenty of restaurants nearby to choose from

The hotel is somewhat old, so the bathroom exhaust fan makes a distinctive noise, and the lighting in the closet area is not bright enough. If you need complimentary bottled water, you have to request it at the front desk, as daily housekeeping does not provide water.

The room was clean and big enough for 4 with a nice balcony to sit on and look at the pool. Plenty of parking to get close to the stairs by our room. The pools were clean and small but not too crowded, although they ran out of towels in the afternoon. Staff was friendly throughout the property. Enjoyed the vibe of clean, spacious grounds and the updated modern lobby, while being comfortable and not too fancy.

Had some trouble finding our room and using the bluetooth phone key. Lesson learned - always check in at the desk and get a key and directions if you don't know the property.

2 pools with towels and drinking water, several formulas for breakfast, self store for food and room delivery all day, nice gardens, nice staff from desk to delivery, cleaning.... Scottsdale is a nice area, with nearby points of interests : West Taliesen (Frank Lloyd Wright) + Phoenix Papago park for sunrise view from 'Hole in a rock', and Cactus Botanical Garden.

I loved the ambience and the staff were great as well. I had breakfast at the restaurant in the hotel and it was great. I even loved the 24/7 open market even if all they really had was snacks and drinks, it came in handy. I loved that there was free parking, most hotels nowadays charge for parking. I love that the neighborhood was really safe and nice. Scottsdale feels like Beverly Hills. The hotel is a five minute drive from many amazing restaurants and shopping outlets.
