The hotel was beautifully maintained, and the staff was very friendly as well. I absolutely loved my room, however I paid for a room with a view of Camelback, and the room they gave me did not have a view. On the third night, someone checked into the room above me and kept me awake with loud stomping and banging sounds that went on well into the early morning. When I spoke to the girl at the front desk the following morning, she was very apologetic and offered to switch rooms. I loved my new room even more than the first one! I will definitely stay here again!

Loved that we were able to check in at 10am when we arrived and at no extra charge. So nice and much appreciated. Staff was so helpful and pleasant too. Property is a bit dated in some areas but the location to everything was wonderful and the staff was superb! The fact that we were able to check in at no charge was such a plus for us! Would definitely stay at this property again. Free wifi, no charge for parking and no resort fees are a plus as well!

The sliding glass door to balcony was bolted shut. Unable to open at all.

Location great. Did not eat the breakfast. All restaurants were too expensive. Water bottles. Grounds and amenities. Architecture.

Prices at restaurants spas ect. Too expensive. No microwaves in the rooms. Only one central microwave in the canteena. Resort fee. My stay was one night. Check 4 and check 10. It was summer no amenities had covered areas and they closed early. Why not keepthem open lateraftrr sunset when then sun is not so intense. . Not enough time to enjoy any of it. Have an adult pool and a family pool. Don't charge resort fee either build it I to the price or make it optional.

The room was clean and big enough for 4 with a nice balcony to sit on and look at the pool. Plenty of parking to get close to the stairs by our room. The pools were clean and small but not too crowded, although they ran out of towels in the afternoon. Staff was friendly throughout the property. Enjoyed the vibe of clean, spacious grounds and the updated modern lobby, while being comfortable and not too fancy.

Had some trouble finding our room and using the bluetooth phone key. Lesson learned - always check in at the desk and get a key and directions if you don't know the property.

Loved the location so close to downtown and they have a shuttle there and back that is a great amenity. Pools are very nice, but definitely not enough chairs or loungers. There were often no seats and people put belongings on chairs and were gone for hours. Beds were not very comfortable and had a hard time getting housekeeping but front desk staff was outstanding. Used fitness room a lot. Loved the outdoor eating area and good food options onsite. Loved the fact they had bottled water and great cookies as a treat for guests!

We had a hard time getting housekeeping even every other day. We had to call for more towels as they didn’t show up. Beds were not very comfortable and were low to the ground. Had to call to get lawn chairs to sit on patio as none were there. Both pools were always full and no loungers available late morning. Definitely need more loungers for guests to enjoy pool.

Large property with lots of activities to do onsite. Our family, 3 adults and one child fit in their 2 queen 426 sqft room. The restaurant onsite severed really tasty food. There are two pools onsite, the south pool is the only one that has the hot tub if you want to be by it, book the south end. The north end is by the lobby and other pool. Very family friendly, beautiful courtyard with water fountain. Corn hole, ping pong, connect 4 and Jenga games. The room featured a small sink with coffee pot, fridge, and a larger sink in bathroom. Plenty of area to get ready and do makeup. Closer held 4 people’s clothes. Loved the balcony and enjoyed facing the pool! Free warm cookies at front desk area bonus! Happy vacationing!

Only having one small hot tub for this large of a property is a down fall. Since there are two pools there should be two hot tubs. No elevators. Cornhole game on south end of pool needs to be replaced.

I loved the ambience and the staff were great as well. I had breakfast at the restaurant in the hotel and it was great. I even loved the 24/7 open market even if all they really had was snacks and drinks, it came in handy. I loved that there was free parking, most hotels nowadays charge for parking. I love that the neighborhood was really safe and nice. Scottsdale feels like Beverly Hills. The hotel is a five minute drive from many amazing restaurants and shopping outlets.

Location was great. Within walking distance to Old Scottsdale and a host of restaurants and the fashion district. The pools were nice but were covered in shade by 4 pm with limited to no seating in the sun. Also the hot tub was very small and sadly was not operational when we were there. A big disappointment.

The menu was very limited and expensive, however the size portions were good. I would have liked more variety. $55 for two for breakfast was very pricey.

The hotel has a 1970's vibe which has been retained, making it architecturally unique. It is late mid century/ brutalist, but anyone interested in mid century design will enjoy the easy, open flow of the hotel complex. The integration of open air room access corridors, the incredible arrangement of multiple central pools and dining/bar facilities were fantastic. We were there with 3 generations, and all loved it, from the toddlers to grandparents. The rooms and facilities were clean, relatively updated to a casual vacation vibe design style, the food services were great, and all common facilities were clean and in good working order. Great central location, easy access north and south, lots of parking. The best part was that staff went way above and beyond to listen to concerns and address any issues, even following up days later to ensure we were treated fairly. This is a repeat location for us for sure, whether with adults, children or grandkids, this is one of few remaining older facilities with a nice throw-back feel and super friendly staff. From hotel manager, to front desk, to restaurant and pool staff, all the way to the cleaning staff, there wasn't one unfriendly person who didn't have a smile, a greeting, or time to answer questions.

A note of caution to booking through 'third party sites' - please review the actual booking at the front desk on check-in. We ran into a glitch where the extras selected on this booking website did not correlate with what was offered. However, management did go beyond expectations to sort it out. Please don't complaint to just get results, but take the time to check details at check-in when using another booking app or website. Anything other than a 10/10 in our rating had to do with the process of sorting out the booking mix-up.

The resort was nice. Perfect location, enjoyed the bar next to the pool. The person maintaining the pool was excellent. Small issue our room didn’t have shower gel and it took a few calls to finally have some sent up. I think it would be nice to have some kind of citronella candles during dining outside. The mosquitoes were brutal to the point we couldn’t enjoy our meal. Perhaps cleaning under the tables with hot water may help.

Everything was fine. Perhaps something to control the mosquitos while dining at the restaurant.
