The receptionists were very friendly and accommodating. I had run out of toothpaste and they were quick to offer a small pack with mouthwash. The room was spacious and the bed was very comfortable. I ate a quick meal in the restaurant. The food was fine. The bartender/waiter was exceptional, very friendly and attentive.

The location was somewhat disappointing and my view from the room was of the freeway. The shower and tub were a little drippy.

to be honest the hotel next to westfiled mall and very nice location 10 min driving to LAX airport with traffic 15 min

they ask me for deposit 50$ which i cant find it till now back to my account she said to me within 3days and 2nd thing when i booked the room form booking.com they didn’t mention anything about deposit in the hotel they should mention that for the guest i dont want to get surprised when am there why 50$

Room was great and comfy!

The front desk staff were rude and not helpful. Had to request a shower chair 3 times. Last day of our stay (a mistake on my part) we were locked out . After paying a walk in rate to rejoin our belongings, we were given keys that did not work. Very unpleasant way to end a difficult week.

Great location for a conference. The mall and food court are walking distance maybe 10 minutes and it’s close to the freeway. The staff was very friendly with the exception of one front desk guy. Service was great at front desk.

There were only two stalls in the lobby bathrooms for the conference people and they got pretty messy and ran out of paper supplies once. The bar was closed during the day Friday and Saturday between 10-5pm so there wasn’t any coffee or lunch available until they opened it Sunday. One front desk guy was pretty rude. Otherwise everything was great.

i like the room, it was ok. but when I booked on booking,com it stated I would have "deluxe room with sofa bed, city view" i would recommend not to get the city view. Its facing the freeway (the 405) and you could here the freeway, if your a light sleeper. Also, I liked that their windows kind of open, because I dont like to hear the AC all night, and that was loud too. for the room choice. I choose a Deluxe room with Sofa bed, and that was false. So I called the front desk and they said they don't have sofa beds, only roll beds. I was under impressions it had a little seating area with the sofa bed, nope did not. but the room was ok.

we arrived at night time, so we couldn't see the room that good, but the next morning I notice some stains on the blankets and I called the front desk immediately and they came and changed my whole room from towels to whole new bedding. Very nice.

The staff were really friendly and switched on. They let us change rooms because of the noisy elevator and were generally helpful throughout our stay. The beds were very comfy and the rooms were way larger than I thought they’d be, and very clean. The location was excellent for our needs (we had a car). It was about a 20-30min drive from everywhere we wanted to go which was perfect.

The elevator is very noisy. It makes a deep humming sound when it’s in motion which carries into some of the rooms. If you’re a light sleeper ask for a room further away from the elevator.

Lots of amenities, clean, well staffed

The breakfast was excellent! Room was very clean.

Staff was wonderful and very accommodating. Only thing different was they change linen in room every 2nd day. Due to fires in PACIFIC PALISADES heard tremendous sirens during night. Pool was adequate and peaceful.

Spoke to manager about creating a sheet of different restaurants in 3 to 5 mile radius. Changing linens every 2 days understand due to nature disaster but could have posted signs.
