Location, walking distance to stores and food establishments. Room is clean, complimentary breakfast is decent. Other than egg, ham was served in sizeable portions. The staff are nice, and it’s pet friendly for a small fee. There are also rooms surrounding the pool, so you can easily go for a swim. Secured, main door is locked past 11 pm.

Nothing significant, though as a suggestion for improvement ,the room carpet needs more cleaning, and Netflix was not available on the TV.

Loved having the suite with a sitting area to all hang out together! My friends said the beds were nice. The breakfast room had a nice variety of both hot and cold options.

The sitting area was a bit cramped for space, and using the sofa bed was a bit of a challenge with one side and the foot of the bed up against other furniture. That made it very difficult to get the bedding on. Sofa beds are all uncomfortable and this one was no exception, but I was expecting that and made do. I wish there had been a suite with 2 rooms each having 2 queen beds instead of 1 king and 2 queens. My friends expressed the wish that they could have had a way to know when the lone bathroom was occupied since they couldn't see it from their rooms. The breakfast room was quite busy and EVERYONE wanted a waffle, it made for a very long wait with only one waffle maker. Of course, when it was finally my turn, the batter was all gone. 🙁

The breakfast had a wide variety. Loved that there was a pool and hot tub. Friendly front staff. Loved the note we had in our room from the cleaning staff made us feel really welcome!

One of our lightbulbs was broken in the room. The non dairy flavoured cream. There wasn’t any dairy option of flavoured cream and that’s so much better.

The staff was friendly and helpful.

The hotel was slammed the day we arrived. We didn't get into our room until 7:00pm. Though we understand the situation, it was still an inconvenience. A price adjustment or other compensation offer would have been welcomed. The breakfast was unexceptional. Good waffles, but the pastries were tasteless.

We had an unplanned stay. I booked the room around 9:30 and we arrived about 10. The front desk person knew my name immediately and got us checked in quickly.

Would have been nice to pay cash for the snack stand.

All was fine but get the signage to read Best Western Harvest Inn. We wasted a lot of time when we reached the motel but was questioning it as signage only read Best Western Inn and Suites.

Location is very convenient. It is very close to the Texas Road House , the Olive Garden and the Columbia Mall. It was very quiet in the hotel. The room was nice and clean.

Some fruits and vegetables for breakfast would be nice.

The dude in the front desk was very likable. And the room was clean and there were two big tvs in the room. Breakfast was good too.

The room was infront of the pool so it was little louder.

Room was not very soundproof, could hear guests above just walking around thier suite (floor creaking, etc). Beds were so-so for comfort.
