the location to airport and the bar with food has always been good and helpful after travel

they no longer offer parking for you when you fly and no good shuttle services to airport and back

The first impression of staying at the hotel was very comfortable, the facilities and service were very good

The cleanliness and comfort of the room. The shower was exceptionally large which was a bonus for me.

I loved the person in the morning at the front desk, room and the amenities

We sat down at the bar at 10 and the guy working looked at us, his watch and then whispered in the female bartender ear. We were under the impression the bar closed at 11. When I asked if they were closing soon, the lady said we had about a half hour. We were sitting for one glass of wine and nothing else. So it was off putting that he prioritized making us feel unwelcoming without even greeting us. This also was directly in front of us. Not off to The side. So seemed like his intent was for us to not stay. Very unimpressed with the gentleman manning the bar on 3/1 around 10pm

Hotel was clean & comfortable The restaurant was great. Staff & food very nice. One young woman on front desk duty Monday am . Tuesday & Wednesday afternoon was very UNHELPFUL . Answered questions with barely a yes or no , wouldnt offer any additional info. Seemed we were an inconvenience & bothering her. Perhaps a different position would suit her better.

See above..young lady needs an attitude adjustment or a behind the scene job. Not suited to front desk Nothing much to do in the area but can understand it's an overnight hotel not a destination

Eggs were runny and super annoyed that we had to pay for Coffee! The hotels coffee machine was broken therefore we got charged $6 for our coffee at breakfast when we could/should have gotten it for free!

Eggs were runny at breakfast, got charged $6 for coffee that we ordered with our breakfast and we only ordered because the hotel’s lobby coffee machine was broken! Also, there was only one other table besides us and breakfast took 36 minutes to arrive at our table- ridiculus, even ore so when trying to catch a flight

The shuttle service for the airport is just on daily office hours not 24h provided.

The cleanliness of the building in general.

You have to pay for coffee in the lobby. I was not aware of this as there are no signs that dictate such. So I got a cup of coffee like I usually do in other Hotels and sat down in the lobby to do some work, when one of your female employees from the front desk approaches me with a slightly raised voice asking; are you going to pay for that! I was taken back as others around could hear and see the interaction. At this point I felt as if I were stealing from you, I did not know. She then asked, how am I going to pay for the cup of coffee. I said you can charge it to my room. She asked for the room number which I gave to her to confirm the charge. It could have been handled differently. You need to have sings posted.

The location of the hotel was convenient to the airport. The shuttle took a while to pick us up but the friendliness of the morning driver who dropped us off made up for it. Having the bar area there was nice and convenient. We ordered dinner out. The room was comfortable also.

We were expecting a breakfast buffet (free) but the restaurant charged. This wasn't clear when reviewing the hotel. We stayed there due to plane delay so it would have been nice to have breakfast.

We stayed here to be next to the airport so we didn't have to drive very far or get up too early to make our flight. The roon was exceptionally clean compared to alot of motels in the area we had stayed over the past week. We really stayed in a couple of dumpy places that charged about the same price. When we got to one of those the door didn't even lock. I wish we had stayed here the entire time.

There was nothing we didn't like.
