the location to airport and the bar with food has always been good and helpful after travel

they no longer offer parking for you when you fly and no good shuttle services to airport and back

The first impression of staying at the hotel was very comfortable, the facilities and service were very good

The cleanliness and comfort of the room. The shower was exceptionally large which was a bonus for me.

Nothing

Even though the property is near an airport, it was not that loud. The location was close to lots of new shops and restaurants and VERY easy access to the highway. Sometimes neighborhoods near airports can be unsafe but this area seemed to be newly developed and safe. Room was a nice size and so was the restroom. It was clean and I also never heard my neighbors (although I know they were there). Plenty of places to plug in electronics. Downstairs was always clean and they had a bar area and snack bar too.

I would have liked the room cleaned one of the three days I was there. I also noticed the water in the shower was low. I felt like I was unable to get the shampoo out of my hair.

I ended up choosing this hotel because my flight was cancelled and I didn't want to sleep at the airport overnight. Location was good and within a close proximity to the Orlando Airport. The price was decent as well.

I called the hotel to ascertain if they had free airport shuttle which they did. The guy stated they were on their way to the airport to pick me up. I ended up waiting about 30-40 minutes for the shuttle. Once it arrived the driver told us that she had to do pickups from other terminals for two hotels. It would've been nice for the desk clerk to let us know in advance that I could be waiting for a while due to that fact. I probably would've taken an Uber to the hotel instead of waiting that long.

Bartender and cooking staff were great.

We were there 5 nights, and was sent a text that room would be cleaned on 3rd night. Saturday morning which was our 4th day there we asked a maid if they could clean room and she stated we weren't on list and to speak to front desk which we did. Upon our return about midnight room still hadn't been touched. Sunday morning spoke to front desk again about room and she apologized and they finally cleaned room Sunday when we were leaving Monday morning....

I loved the person in the morning at the front desk, room and the amenities

We sat down at the bar at 10 and the guy working looked at us, his watch and then whispered in the female bartender ear. We were under the impression the bar closed at 11. When I asked if they were closing soon, the lady said we had about a half hour. We were sitting for one glass of wine and nothing else. So it was off putting that he prioritized making us feel unwelcoming without even greeting us. This also was directly in front of us. Not off to The side. So seemed like his intent was for us to not stay. Very unimpressed with the gentleman manning the bar on 3/1 around 10pm

Hotel was clean & comfortable The restaurant was great. Staff & food very nice. One young woman on front desk duty Monday am . Tuesday & Wednesday afternoon was very UNHELPFUL . Answered questions with barely a yes or no , wouldnt offer any additional info. Seemed we were an inconvenience & bothering her. Perhaps a different position would suit her better.

See above..young lady needs an attitude adjustment or a behind the scene job. Not suited to front desk Nothing much to do in the area but can understand it's an overnight hotel not a destination

Eggs were runny and super annoyed that we had to pay for Coffee! The hotels coffee machine was broken therefore we got charged $6 for our coffee at breakfast when we could/should have gotten it for free!

Eggs were runny at breakfast, got charged $6 for coffee that we ordered with our breakfast and we only ordered because the hotel’s lobby coffee machine was broken! Also, there was only one other table besides us and breakfast took 36 minutes to arrive at our table- ridiculus, even ore so when trying to catch a flight

Quiet rooms, pool area, close to the airport

The shuttle service for the airport is just on daily office hours not 24h provided.
