Beautiful grounds. I really appreciated the laundry facilities, which was reasonably priced. I loved the murals. Looked like everyone was having a great time.

The room itself was stark and felt cold (not temperature wise). Also I only had a washcloth the first day, called down and asked for another. It never came. I gave up and decided to wait till the next day. Next day, still no washcloth. I didn’t call down. I was leaving the following day. I got woken up by the neighbors at 1am. Not they’re fault, it’s just echoey. Coffee in the lobby should be free. Charge for cappuccinos but not for drip coffee.

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel! The location was perfect, close to all the main attractions, usually within 20 minutes, depending on traffic. Plenty of great food options were nearby, and the hotel’s restaurant served delicious meals too. The pool was fantastic, with comfortably warm water, and the kids especially loved the fun water slide. The service was amazing, and we were always treated kindly and welcomed. The bar drinks were excellent, and the relaxing atmosphere made it a great spot for adults to unwind while the kids had a blast. We can’t wait to come back!

The only small issue we had was that the shower handle in our room wasn’t fitted correctly and popped off the first day, but it was manageable to pop back in and use. Overall, it didn’t take away from our great experience. We can’t wait to come back!

Room offers all space and features needed. I enjoyed the full kitchen. There are plenty of entertainment options. I stayed for one night; didn't stay longer due to business schedule, but I will stay for a week or more when I have a chance.

The shower head was dripping, and I had to put a towel on top of the draining to stop the noise. This did not reduce my satisfaction with my stay. I reported to front desk to have it fixed. Things break and if the guests don't report, it is not fair to the hotel; it offers plenty of pleasant environment and staff. Working together we all have satisfaction.

The staff were all very helpful and made our stay enjoyable. The accomodation is comfortable and well located if you’re accessing Disney World - complimentary shuttle to Magic Kingdom and free parking at the hotel are a great inclusion.

Whilst the rooms were comfortable, the bed is extremely firm and the pillows are incredibly soft - a more balanced approach would have been preferable. The free shuttle that is advertised for all major surrounding theme parks did not include Animal Kingdom, which is certainly a main offering amongst the Disney grouping. Finally, the EV charging was limited and very slow - 30% charge obtained over 6 hours.

People were very friendly, the room was great and the location was very convenient to ESPN center where we were playing a soccer tournament. I loved the dog friendliness the best. I liked the theme pool parties even though I never used the pool

The restaurant. The app was not working to order take out or room service. We had breakfast one morning and it wasn't filled up and it was very very slow. We were seated in the bar area at a hightop and sat with multiple servers going by for over 20 minutes. We hailed down a waitress and she helped us and was very nice, but I guess the older gent was the manager and he snapped at us and said "Were you seated at this table?" The food prices were "ok" but the alcohol prices were outrageous. Two drinks was $42!

Pool area was great, self-service laundry room was good, easy parking. Room was spacious and accurate to pictures

Location was a bit difficult to find since there was little instructions how to drive there and building was a bit further from the main road. Our room was nice with own kitchen. Really only downside was a cocroach in our room on first day :( I know they are common in warm climate and not dangerous but it was not a nice surprise. Luckily it was only that one. We were not happy with breakfast pricing as the menu didn’t have prices for coffee and juice, which were self-service so we thought that they were included in the menu-items, but then it was 5$ for coffee and 5$ for juice per person + 20% service. That wasn’t a nice surprise.

Excellent location. Really beautiful hotel and stunning pool area, Wilson restaurant breakfasts are absolutely delicious and very plentiful! Clean, comfortable hotel where all staff are so hard working and kind and they are so friendly, nothing is too much trouble for them. Upon checking out of Melia at the end of my stay I encountered an issue with another hotel that I had booked in Winter Park. I swiftly booked to return to Melia where Ricky and Alona really went above and beyond to help me and went out of their way to make sure that I was ok. This is not just a nice hotel it’s the staff that make it truly wonderful. I will return to this hotel in the future, you are made to feel like a valued customer!

Room, staff and pool were amazing

I'd like to be able to turn off the fan as I was cold when getting ready. There was a weird stain on the wall in my room but that was quickly handled by the cleaners (this was after I phoned down to the front desk but I think they forgot to send someone up). Also, the chef had run out or teriyaki sauce. But honestly, that is just me being picky, besides that it was great.

Although I booked it because of its proximity to the Hospital. This is a great location for all the Disney attractions. It has a great pool area and live entertainment a few nights a week. Excellent restaurant and Bar area, thank you to Frank the bar man such a nice guy. Don’t miss the Happy hour including Free Drinks and the One Dollar Oysters 👍 But all my thanks are to Mercher and her wonderful staff on the front desk including Brandy and Vanessa who do a fantastic job, even at rush hour check in time that seems to be 4 to 10Pm. The Suite one bedroom rooms with a full kitchen are huge, when you could pay the same for hotel room with 2 Queen beds. I would definitely go back on my return to the Disney area.

Everything was very good

The pool, music, balcony, bar, bar-tender Frank. The walls looked like new. Free access to the Advent Health Celebration Fitness Center. Free happy-hour. Laundry room for guests to use, $3.00 per wash load, $3.00 per dryer.

Couch and furniture looked dated while the walls and floors looked brand new. While we were there I noticed large amounts of new linen and bedding arriving. I'm guessing they are on a rehab schedule.
