The moment you walk into the lobby , you know your stay is going to be fantastic . They greet you right away,even if they are with someone. The lobby is elegant , and they have fresh lemon water for you .Nice touch. It smelled clean, was bright and airy .There was a patio that overlooked a small pond . exiting the elevator you walk into a well maintained and elegant hallway .The room was fantastic. Beds were perfect , water pressure was great ! The room was bright ,clean and spacious. The price per night was excellent !!

The breakfast area was in a tight corner , and had limited selections. If they could somehow re-vamp this area there hotel would be perfect.

Clean and spacious room. Close to a few restaurants in walking distance. I love the view on the freeway.

Bathtub needs replacement or fixed as the bottom is worn. Lot of noise from the freeway (but I always carry earplugs so I had a good sleep). Walls are a bit thin so you can hear neighbours, but that could only be annoying when you try to sleep (hi earplugs!). I would replace the soap bar at the sink for a dispenser, like it does have in the shower.

I loved the property everything was very clean and fresh. The breakfast crew Ms. Angela and the other young lady I’m sorry I didn’t get her name but both were so polite and kind. They made sure we were comfortable and satisfied and the front desk staff was amazing I really appreciate the very pleasant stay will definitely be returning.

Only thing I didn’t like is that I couldn’t stay longer.

The staff was very nice and helpful. The customer service was top tier. The hotel was very clean, and the pool temperature was just right. I didn't know that the hotel had happy hour until we checked in. Free wine and select beer on tap along with light refreshments Monday-Thursday! That's a plus!

The refrigerator was leaking in our room.

The breakfast was good. The staff was very friendly and had no problem sighing into the internet. Check in was easy! The pond behind the hotel was really nice with little turtles in it.

The hotel is nice but not worth what they are charging. The room was clean, but we did find a big empty liquor bottle in the pull-out couch. Some of the hotel was under renovation but we didn't hear any construction noise. We heard people talking very loudly the first night and a little on the second night. I would stay here again if the price was lower.

The customer service was great, the happy hour will bring more customers that was nice just more variety of snacks. We ate breakfast on the back patio. The rooms were clean, but most of all your housekeeping staff was phenomenal. The rooms were cleanandn coz, but the beds were veneers firm. I need a softer mattres, but overal, you'll deserve a 10. Thank you .

We had a great stay. Room appeared clean and was quiet even though this property is very close to the interstate. Nice thick towels and bed linens were nice quality. We would stay here again. Staff very friendly.

Good breakfast accept the gravy was cold for the biscuits and gravy. The vanity in the bathroom was new but tub looked old compared to vanity.

Clean facilities

There was a flaw in the system and so my transaction didn’t go through. I was called at 3am in the morning to be told that my transaction hadn’t went through. It was very rude and thoughtless. The receptionist that was checking me out the next day on Friday Oct 25th that morning was the nastiest thing I’ve ever seen. She was talking loudly announcing that my card had been declined and the entire time the card had already been charged but they tried to keep running the card. I ended up paying with a credit card and leaving. Nice facility but nasty receptionist. I wish I knew her name. Whoever worked that morning was not the right person to handle situations like that.

Breakfast was great and I loved the times it was being served. Great for early birds or those needing to sleep in. The location made it easy to get to and from where we were spending out time. At check out, for front desk man was wonderful and so nice! I enjoyed having him help me out when I was leaving.

The front desk lady who checked us in was less then friendly. I did not feel welcomed.

Breakfast, Biscuits should be in a warmer and sausage needs to be cooked more like golden brown. At checkout, the guy asked if I wanted a receipt but when he saw it was booked thru booking.com, he advised they would send me a receipt and continued on with what he was doing. I booked the week prior and was given a receipt.
