I booked online and thought that I booked the hot tub room based on the pictures attached to the room I selected. When we were checking in, the girl mentioned the room we had. I asked if it was the hot tub room, and stated that was what I thought we had. She said it wasn't but without hesitation or upcharge, she graciously and cheerfully informed us that the hot tub room was available so she would just put us in that one. She explained that there were some errors in the pictures and descriptions online so that mistake happens. We were grateful for the accommodations she made for us. We are husband and wife traveling professional wrestlers and really enjoy a nice hot soak after a show. We are always on the lookout for a go to place in each town we visit. We have found our spot for our Owosso shows, only about 15 mins away.

Convenient location to the Bishop Airport.

There is absolutely no information at the desk for transportation to and from the airport. No names of taxi companies, Uber drivers, shuttles, etc. There was no recommendations at the desk for dining facilities, pizza delivery. I found this very strange compared to other hotels I've stayed at over the last 30 years. This facility is approximately 20 mi from the airport with no arrangements or recommendations for transportation to and from.

Easy to find off the highway. The price wasn’t bad.

For me the bed was too hard but my wife liked it so there’s that. Decor was a bit dated but wasn’t terrible. I guess the only thing I was disappointed about was their so called breakfast which was supposed to have a full actual selection there wasn’t anything there other than some cereal so that was disappointing.

We were on a motorcycle. Motorcycles are relatively easy to steal. Staff allowed us and 1 other rider (2 bikes) to park under the well lit portico. This is very much appreciated by riders!

More breakfast options for KETO diet. Diabetics just can't eat the high carbohydrate stuff like cold cereals, oats, fruit, baked goods. Not healthy for diabetics.

The hotel staff was very helpful and check in went well. Room was clean and nice and open.

The only problem was that one of the main reason i picked this hotel was because it had a pool so my son could go swimming. But upon check in i was told it was closed do to maintence, should be disclosed on website.

Breakfast was good but not a big selection... bed was very comfortable

air conditioning went out one night. got pretty uncomfortable in the room. night manager wasn't able to get repairman.(it was Friday night...)

Breakfast was good, but maybe it can change once in a while and not be the same thing every single day.

The the room was dated for the cost. Parts of bath tub and shower were broken. The lamp shade was broken but yet under the broken lamp shade- staff left a envople asking for a tip. For $118 those things should have been fixed.
