The eggs were a bit dried out, but the location was ok.

The front desk clerk did not say hello to us as we approached the desk. She rolled her eyes when she asked for my credit card and driver's license. I handed her my driver's license first, and she asked for the credit card again and rolled her eyes. I thought that was very unprofessional. We did have issues with the heater in our room and the front desk clerk did move us to another room, and she was accommodating then and very pleasant to us.

Great breakfast selection. Fruit, biscuits and gravy, eggs, bacon/sausage links, even included two waffle irons with different shaped molds so that you could make either a full sized waffle or a smaller waffle! Pool is open late (until 12:00AM when we were there).

Unfortunate incident where the elevator was out of order, but staff was very accommodating and had signs up to advise guests of the inconvenience, and the elevator was fixed within a couple of hours. Definitely not something that I would hold against the hotel.

The breakfast was good, the breakfast attendant was very friendly.

The room seemed very unfinished, missing molding, mismatched doors, etc. Appears some improvements were done like newer floors, but some things definitely needed some TLC. The sheetrock around the shower was bubbled and cracked, shower curtain rod had globs of caulking around it, the soap dispenser in shower was broken. The room appeared clean, but wasn't very aesthetically pleasing to the eye with the needed updates.

I was disappointed in the breakfast setup this morning. The paper coffee cups did not have cup covers that fit the cups, and there was NO milk available for eating cereal. No one accepted responsibility. Somehow in the transition of your personnel ( the front desk clerk and the kitchen clerk) no one had a good answer OR could remedy this situation. Seems to me that the breakfast setup needs more attention to detail for these basic items; and needs review. Coffee cups need covers that fit—period! There needs to be milk available for breakfast cereal—period. Disappointing!! Thank you! John Radke

Staff couldn't have been nicer. Our housekeeper Renee was exceptional, Manager Joan, and evening manager were as well. Floor in elevator and outside of elevator had same food on it and sticky floors for 3 days. Hall/stair carpet flooring dirty, yet it's hard to keep those areas clean. Our room was immaculately clean.

cleanliness of floors in elevator, outside elevator in Stairwells and the common area carpeting. Also same fruit loops 3 days in pool area, although their is a sign that says no food in pool area, Its impossible though to get guests to comply with rules .

Everything was great, with the only exception that the carpeting in the hallway was in need of vacuuming. It could have been that we've had so much rain lately that people were tracking in more stuff than usual. Other than that, Everything was great. Checkin was easy, Staff was very Friendly. Will definitely be back.

Only thing not up to par was the Carpet in the Hallway. Needed to be vacuumed.

I loved the location. Stillwater is a really nice community! Staff is very friendly and attentive with the breakfast!

Really quite run down, and there was something gross dried and left on the bedskirt that could've been washed as well the upholstery on the chair, which was dirty and torn. See pictures. Needs a little freshening up!

The location was great, just off of Highway 36. Check-in was easy and my room was clean.

The beds in my room weren't very comfortable, and the TV was hard to navigate. The complimentary breakfast wasn't that great. When asked, the lady said there was no butter (for the toast & waffles) and she could not seem to keep enough meat (bacon & sausage) in the warmer for the amount of people that were there. Could be just becuz help is hard to find these days.

Good location. Clean and comfortable. Was a bit expensive for one night, but overall good.

The guy at the front desk was friendly and working very hard to accommodate everyone and their needs but we still had to wait in line for 30 minutes to get checked in. Would be nice if the front desk had more staff at popular check-in times

The gentlemen who checked us in was very friendly. The room was nice and roomy.Breakfast was very good and the kitchen staff was very friendly as well. Super comfy beds.

The constant noise coming by the window when we tried to sleep. Not sure what it was but it was a constant noise maybe from a vent or something
