Good location. Easy access to the F1 track and the Monorail. Room was comfortable and wifi worked fine. Good choice of restaurant. Wolfgang Puck a highlight for breakfast and dinner.

Checkout experience was abysmal. 9-45 am on a Saturday and there were only two clerks on reception. The line grew to probably 50 people and the manager who was chatting with a colleague and looking at a screen did nothing. When one clerk got up and left, she suddenly realised there was only one clerk to serve a long line and went off to find staff. Showed that the front desk staff had no concern for clients. It was like they were doing us a favour by processing our check-in/out and taking our money. No apology when I was finally called up to check out after 25 mins in line. Appalling customer service. There is a QR code method for fast checkout but it requires an app and there wasn’t much explanation.

Clean, beautiful, very well located. Amazing view. The room was so comfortable. The amenities are really well looked after. That's always a plus.

Everything is out of the world expensive. I asked for a butter knife from room service to use and they stated that they would charge $2 for it. Like wtf, I'm not buying that knife off of you just want to use it. Anything and everything from tiny, usually free, water bottles which are literally like slightly over 8oz were $1. Everything is super expensive at this venue, like way more expensive than usual in vegas. If yall can help it, dine elsewhere. Even in the Venetian is cheaper than MGM.

Slow check in/ out due to lack of staff

Great pool facilities , the rooms are spacious and very well set up and clean. Casino area and all restaurants and bars are great.

Staff are not very friendly or helpful. Especially casino staff are extremely rude and short.

Sky loft apartment was brilliant. Staff were excellent for the most part. The lazy river pool was fantastic. I had low expectations given the current relatively low score it has on booking, but it’s honestly so much better than other Vegas hotels we’ve stayed at. These guys are a well oiled machine and it shows. From check in to the pool to the restaurants and endless entertainment this hotel is hard to beat.

Not unique to this Vegas hotel, but the hidden add on daily resort fee is obviously a total joke. Just bake it into the nightly rate and stop with the drip pricing.

I am the agent replyongand according to my client everything was good, except that our payment was not accepted putting our cluent in huge difficulty and our reputation getting tarnished. with great difficulty the client arranged to pay cash as her card did not hve that mucg limit tp make the payment. More over the client only stayed for two nights but did not get any refund. This is my second instance with Booking.com in less than a month that we are losing hukge amount, the previous one was in Toronto Canada where the guest left the property the same day as she checked in and lost the balance six nights tarriff

Payment not getting done and loosing big money for no fault of ours

The hotel was good. However, it was not pointed out that you will be charged for opening the minibar and moving stuff in order to store and cool your own stuff, even if you didn't drink any of the drinks.

Room was nice, quiet and clean. Wish they could turn up the air conditioning a bit, or let me* make it a bit cooler. it only went down to 65, it said, but I have a heat intolerance problem and at times it was a little stuffy/less cool than I would love. I miss having a microwave in room, and coffee maker. Overall though, it was good. Beds were cozy and I love that I could get extra pillows. Towels were scratchy and looked like they had seen better days. Our view was yucky. I had asked for a view of the strip on Booking.com. God back end of NYNY and an overall main view of the top of the ugly air conditioners outside and on the top of the building..

Mentioned above. Especially our room view. It was the worst I've ever had, other than once at another hotel when our view overlooked the trash bins in a ugly parking lot.

The room had magical views of the strip. The room itself was also really well equipped with lovely wide beds and nice bathroom facilities. The MGM itself was also nice.

Firstly there was a gigantic line for check in which wasn't very nice after a long flight. Avoid the mini bar in the room like the plague, the prices were completely ridiculous i.e. $22 for a bottle of water. They also have sensors on the fridges themselves so they can tell if you have opened the mini bar, taken something and restocked it, they charge a $50 restocking fee. The MGM hotel in general is horribly overpriced, they have a food court for "cheap" food but even this will set you back a lot.

The room was clean and spacious. I was worried of some reviews that MGM grand is one of the outdated hotels, but it was good. We were staying from Sun to Tue when the hotel is less busy and we were staying at the mgm tower not far from the central elevators. however if you stay at the room which is far from the central, it may take looong to get to the room.

There was a big buzzing sound started from 1am on Monday night, and because it was too loud I couldn’t sleep at all. I called to the front desk after 1:30am and they told me that might be cleaning sound or sth and there was nth they could do with it which was very disappointing. The noise kept until 4’o clock in the morning which was very annoying.
