Good location. Easy access to the F1 track and the Monorail. Room was comfortable and wifi worked fine. Good choice of restaurant. Wolfgang Puck a highlight for breakfast and dinner.

Checkout experience was abysmal. 9-45 am on a Saturday and there were only two clerks on reception. The line grew to probably 50 people and the manager who was chatting with a colleague and looking at a screen did nothing. When one clerk got up and left, she suddenly realised there was only one clerk to serve a long line and went off to find staff. Showed that the front desk staff had no concern for clients. It was like they were doing us a favour by processing our check-in/out and taking our money. No apology when I was finally called up to check out after 25 mins in line. Appalling customer service. There is a QR code method for fast checkout but it requires an app and there wasn’t much explanation.

The hotel was good. However, it was not pointed out that you will be charged for opening the minibar and moving stuff in order to store and cool your own stuff, even if you didn't drink any of the drinks.

The room had magical views of the strip. The room itself was also really well equipped with lovely wide beds and nice bathroom facilities. The MGM itself was also nice.

Firstly there was a gigantic line for check in which wasn't very nice after a long flight. Avoid the mini bar in the room like the plague, the prices were completely ridiculous i.e. $22 for a bottle of water. They also have sensors on the fridges themselves so they can tell if you have opened the mini bar, taken something and restocked it, they charge a $50 restocking fee. The MGM hotel in general is horribly overpriced, they have a food court for "cheap" food but even this will set you back a lot.

The Hotel was great, lots to do and see. The bars and restaurants are amazing, I had a fantastic time at the bar downstairs. If you are hungry, eat at the Craftsteak restaurant, the food is really good.

The room had some issues with the plumbing, the tub and sink did not drain well and I had to remove the tank lid to get the toilet to stop running. Also, don't frink the water in the room, it costs $22.00 per bottle for a $2.00 bottle of water.

Having to use overpriced cabs to go to the hotel and return to the airport. Because of this I will reconsider where I stay next month and for the next 2 years of monthly travel to LV.

Facilities, variety of stuff to do and bars

The room was quite grubby, and the carpet was really old and worn.

The check-in and check-out process is pretty seamless. Doing things through the app removes the need to stay in line. The location is pretty good for nearby attractions. While walking through the entire facility, I felt reasonably safe.

Most of the things I didn't like were out of the hotel's control, so I can't write them down. The only thing that was frustrating is the elevator access. There are two sensors in both elevators and most of the time, only one of them would accept our key cards. There was one elevator where both didn't. Luckily, there are multiple elevators to make up for it. The mobile key card does also take a lot of practice to get used to.

The check in line was understaffed!! The first thing is waiting in line for 40 min that’s not ok! Myself indicates my time has no value. Among others in line talking how it compares to a Disneyland ride line.

My Fav always. But i feel The quality has gone down . The Hotel needs to change , the bedsheets and even the rooms needs refresh. Would love to stay again though due to its location

Upholstery need a refresh . Very clearly change is a must.

Overall, I would say it's a great location. Especially if you are going to any stadiums for a sporting event. The Monorail connection made travel around the strip easy. Staff were easy to connect with and very helpful. Some took pics for us. Everyone was quite pleasant at all times from the front desk, cleaners, various restaurant staff, and baggage crew.

I can only give an 8 out of 10 because my room had an empty body wash bottle. Seemed like an oversight even after room cleaning came by and still didn't fill it. On my third night there was a water leak from above that soaked my friend's bag and dripped in the washroom. As I understand it, there is renovations going on. Had to change rooms around 2am and had a key card kerfuffle but otherwise it was fine because we actually got a more modern room.
