My family along with 2 others traveled and stayed for our kids basketball tournament. The hotel and facilities were clean. Breakfast was great considering it was free. Staff was friendly especially the lovely lady that manned the breakfast every morning.

I wish the room garbage cans were bigger. I have 3 kids that had lots of snacks and packaging from purchases along with a toddler going through pull ups. Bags were thin and I had to ask for more. They had no problem giving us more but I wish the can was a little bigger.

Breakfast was really good. Lots of choices and the hot part of breakfast was different each day we stayed there. Tables were cleaned up immediately after someone left so the next person always had a clean table. Used the fitness room - it was kept clean and cool and it was nice to have a TV there for a distraction!

We really had no complaints about the breakfast or anything else about the motel. We should have made sure that our garbage was collected during our stay but that was not the fault of any staff.

I'm not sure what created my problem. I had had a confirmed reservation sent to me via email from Booking for my May 19th reservation. However, when I arrived at the hotel on the 19th, I was told they did not have my reservation. This necessitated my having to make another payment for my stay. My Discover Card statement clearly shows that Booking was paid for my 5/19/23 reservation. Even though I have made a number of attempts to be reimbursed for my loss, neither Best Western or Booking is taking responsibility for seeing that I get reimbursed. Should this continue, I will be forced into contacting the Cleveland Plain Dealer travel editor to see if they might be able to assist me in this matter.

The access to the wedding venue we stayed at - only a 10 minute drive and right off the highway so it was easy to leave the next day too

We paid over $200 for a fortified closet. It was super small. It did the job for what we needed to do which was just sleep after the wedding but it was a tight space for sure

The room was very clean loved the deep tub!

That there was only 1 elevator. No seating for breakfast. The fact that rooms still aren't being cleaned considering we stayed 3 nights! Don't feel we should have to go to service desk for garbage bags, toilet paper and bath towels. All other safety measures are gone no sanitizer in site so you should go back to cleaning rooms.

The staff was very courteous and helpful! Enjoyed my stay, and will stay there again next time I'm in the area!

I thought the breakfast set-up could have been better. The food area and seating area were very small, and everyone was bumping into everyone.

We loved that there was a real breakfast and the coffee was excellent!~ We love waffles and they had them there. We also love the shampoo and conditioner brand. They actually worked well! Very easy check in and easier check out, just drop your key off in the container on the desk! Two blocks from Broken Axe Brewery which is a MUST!

Great location within walking distance from restaurants and stores. Quiet and clean. The staff was exceptional. There was a mistake with our reservation but the staff resolved it right away.

The queen “executive “ room was ridiculously small.

Staff that was there at check in was very friendly and turned out to be really helpful. Especially when asked about food choices in the area
