Amazing host! Nancy (the owner) is SO incredibly sweet, from the moment we stepped in, we felt like we were back home (we are 60, both of our parents are gone). This is our second visit, we will definitely be back❣️

Super clean, lovely antique decors through out, I love love love antiques so the Queen was like my dream come true kinda place:D The breakfast was delicious, staffs are super kind and friendly. Walking distance to downtown Bellefonte which is a beautiful picturesque old town. Some houses and buildings are breathtaking, downtown park is beautiful - I felt like I went back in time. FYI, the town was founded in the late 1700’s!

We had a delightful stay. The residential neighborhood had convenient off-street parking directly in front of the property. The breakfasts were delicious. Nancy is a fabulous host and thought of every little thing we could need - a basket of forgotten toiletries, an in-room mini fridge stocked with beverages, and popcorn and access to streaming services for a movie night if desired. She was also very knowledgeable about the area and gave us great suggestions for local eateries.

Breakfast was the best I have had in a long time healthy and yummy, all prepared and served with love by the kindest, friendliest, and most helpful staff you will ever meet.

Loved it all .. amazing all round. Absolutely nothing that I didn’t like .. I just wish I had found this place way before rather than all those years it took … then again as they say “Late Better Than Never” …

Nancy, Asia and Casie were so accommodating. All the special touches in the rooms were on spot and so thoughtful! Such as ice water in their water bottles in the little fridge, snacks and kurig coffee maker ready to go. Yoga mat, plush signature robes, slippers, yummy shampoo, conditioner, body soap and lotion..which I had to buy to take home! The air conditioning was wonderful and the plush rugs by the bed and in our bathroom... Breakfast was so delish and we really felt special! When we visit our son again and his house is full, we will definitely be back! Also, the beautiful plant life throughout and the decor were enchanting! Can't say enough!! We will be back!!

It was wonderful. I felt like I was experiencing a different era. The furniture was very comfortable and cozy. I enjoyed looking at pictures and trinkets from the past. Nancy my host was able to tell me about the history of the house, and of surrounding areas. Nancy showed me the room I was to have, she showed me the family’s vintage wedding gowns. I’m a seamstress so this was a real treat. I had an upgrade in my room. I was on the top floor which had been renovated with a shower. Great water pressure and grateful for the hot water. I had only the one night stay, but I’ll definitely go back if I travel that way. I had a great breakfast of baked apple with oatmeal, An herb egg soufflé with buttered French bread. It was a great way to start my journey home.

Just be ready for stairs. Good exercise.

Nancy was so friendly, welcoming, and generous during our stay. She really made us feel at home and took care of us after our long travels (my partner was sick). Very friendly to pets, too! The property is lovely and extremely charming. Would love to make another visit sometime when we are feeling better.

The house was beautiful, the room and amenities were outstanding and the staff were so nice and helpful and I learned a great deal of history about the town while I was there. I would go back again and I’m highly considering it for future visitors.

it's a historic house full of stories and we were received by the owner that was lovely and had a great time. Breakfast was delicious.

As it's an old house we had some small issues with our room, nothing too serious, but avoidable, like the AC drain liking in the room.

Friendly host, super yummy breakfast and a clean and comfy room. It was a perfect overnight retreat. I also really liked the location which was in walking distance to restaurants and a lovely park. Lastly, easy parking in front of the house.

I would rate The Queen a score of 20 out of 10. It was truly the most charming B&B we've ever been to. Such a lovely home and the warmth of the staff (and owners especially) was phenomenal. Literally every detail is meticulous and Nancy thinks of a million things to enhance the experience and add to guests' comfort.
