Very friendly staff. Nice and quiet. Bed was comfortable. The outdoor patio and the coffee service in the morning was very appreciated.
The lighting in the room is very harsh. The LED bulbs are the bright white. Would have been nice if they were a softer white to make it feel more relaxed. Also, the hallways and elevators smelled like cigarette smoke.

All staff were amazing! Food was delicious, generous portions and affordable! They even offered a complimentary airport and downtown shuttle! I would stay there again!

Wonderful location. Visiting granddaughter at Penn State. Shuttle service was a definite plus! Very friendly and helpful staff.
We were extremely happy with everything at Hilton Garden Inn.

The breakfast was the best I have had in an American hotel. The staff was remarkably friendly and helpful. The only negative I can think of is that the location is a bit out of the way - two miles from the Penn State campus and the town.
Nothing comes to mind aside from the distance to the town.

The Garden Inn was an excellent choice! The staff was very friendly and professional. We felt welcomed right away. They learned our names and greeted us every morning. Restaurant staffers were always friendly, and the food was very good.

This hotel is beautiful! The rooms are so spacious. I love the restaurant that is attached to the hotel. This hotel is 10/10. I 1000 percent recommend this hotel.
What I did not like? NOTHING! Everything was perfect!

The location was excellent.
There were folks in the adjacent room who were LOUDLY arguing in the early morning hours for a lengthy period of time. When I called the front desk to request help they addressed it very quickly. Silence ensued.

the location is great. the staff is always accommodating and friendly.
I spilled water on my bathroom floor and used a washcloth to wipe it up and the washcloth was dirty after. I didn't like that. wore flip flops the entire time.
