Great staff Great location Nice facility - Very accommodating and responsive The few issues won’t prevent us from staying there again as it’s an overall nice location I just think they are significant enough to mention

Room had large wet area on carpet beside one of the beds so the bed really wasn’t usable. I stepped on it and it soaked through my stocking The room temp was set at 55 with the AC on high - it was freezing when we arrived (only in the 50s outside) The breakfast selection isn’t great

Location and room size

The bed was not comfortable. The mattress was too thin and the comforter was too small and thin. I could hear other guests talking and using the bathroom. It was annoying since it woke me up several times during the night. I was also told that there was no housekeeping and that if I wanted something I needed to request it. Since I am paying $300 plus per night, it seems ridiculous that there was no daily housekeeping to come and change towels and take out the trash. I won’t stay in the same hotel next time I travel to PA.

The breakfast was fabulous, cold and hot choices.. they do have a waffle maker. The room was clean,comfortable, and quiet. I had a credit card issue so I got there early and they let me check in early. Staff was very nice and accommodating. Bed was comfortable, and there was an extra blanket, which I like to have. The heater worked well and was easy to adjust. I would stay here again. It is only a 14v. Minute drive to downtown State College, which is very cute with lots of restaurants. There are stores close by and a Perkins restaurant for lunch and dinner. Also there is a gas station right across the street. I appreciated the fridge and microwave.I liked having a walk in shower.

The furniture was a little run down. The pool is more like a pond… but in general everything was fine. No airport shuttle.

They met my handicap needs. I really liked that there was no charge for doing laundry. The laundry was only one washer & dryer. But it was located as far from my room as you could get—at the end of the 4th floor. I just used a cart.

They need to move handicap parking. Right now you have to open two heavy doors & use your key card. They could mark 3 or 4 spaces at the front of the motel as handicap. Then it is a straight shot in though a sliding door. I do not like your use of a 24 hr clock. The motel thought I wanted to check in between 4 & 5 in the morning instead of between 4 & 5 in the evening. I about lost my reservation because of the misunderstanding.

From initial phone contact with a question through in person experience this hotel and staff were an absolute delight to do business with. Each person we interacted with was not only professional and polite but also pleasant. The facility was great, the breakfast was excellent. It was an all around great experience- we will be returning.

I can’t think of anything that wasn’t up to expectations

The staff was very friendly! I left a nice tip for housekeeping because I met the young housekeeper on my way out and she appeared to be sweet! In addition, my daughter left her stuffed animal. I called and Crystal looked into. Housekeeping found it and Crystal called to arrange shipping. She was extremely sensitive, kind, understanding and helpful! 🤗

The faucet in the bathroom is too short, causing you to touch the back of the sink while washing or brushing! I could not find the local news channels!

Room was large, comfortable and clean. Staff was very friendly and helpful. So grateful for the staff as my daughter left something behind in the room and they were extremely helpful in getting it back!

Breakfast was okay but somewhat limited. Coffee options were good! Love the cappuccino machine. And generally appreciate breakfast being included. My daughter has allergies (gluten free) so her options were very limited, but this is typical for many hotels.

Very attractive with clean rooms and nice bed linens. Particularly liked the low level light in bathroom. Too many hotels have only bright lights that make you look hideous and ruin your travel experience.

Well, there were two things: after watching one tv show our television just quit working. Not really a big deal but annoying. The second more critical complaint is that the coffee there was terrible and breakfast food disappointing.

Staff was super accommodating for last minute changes of our work schedule. We were able to add an extra day and have a late checkout without any issues. The manager especially is wonderful!

Nothing to do with the hotel, we just happened to be there on a weekend with a bunch of tournament kids. The mattresses are are starting to wear down a bit. Might be time to replace!

I wish that I could remember the name of the girl working at the counter when we checked in!! Pleasant, genuine, and sincere! My husband and I have had to travel quite a bit lately and the majority of hotel employees we have dealt with have been awful!! I know it is difficult to find workers lately, but still…. Dealing with someone who was actually professional was like a breath of fresh air!!! Thank you!!

For the hotel and lobby looking so new, we were surprised by how out-dated the bathroom in our room was. HOWEVER, what it lacked in style, it certainly made up for with cleanliness!
