Nothing

The bath tub was nasty, it had hair all on the walls and shower curtain, in the tub felt slimy and something greenish yellow which appears to be from previous guests nostril was on the wall. A drink was left in the fridge and in the fridge is rusty. People were smoking right across from the door way. No water on the table with the coffee for guests.

We didn’t appreciate there was a shuttle from and to the airport which was a nice surprise when we found it. Room was comfortable and roomy, but some aircraft noise, which isn’t surprising when you are this close. Breakfast was better than expected, although slightly disappointed with the plastic, presumably single use, cutlery.

We absolutely loved the fact that they had free coffee out all day/night! This was such a pick-me-up from a long-winded, adventurous day! 9/10 staff members were amazing!

There was not much to dislike honestly. There was a night shift employee who was unfriendly and seemed bothered to be asked questions. The shower didn't give enough hot water.

Fabulous breakfast choices. Clean rooms. Temperature was comfortable without the humidity or extreme temps of other hotels! Fitness room was clean and well-maintained. Coffee and hot tea available around the clock!

Location was great,staff was great,room was comfy and the breakfast was excellent.

Booking.com could have been better. I arrived for check-in unable to connect to my confirmation number.Yet,here I am,posting a review at their request. Luckily the wonderful young lady at the front desk found me a suitable room without any hassle. I'm leaving thus review for the sake of the hote,NOT Booking.com. Do better

Reception check in and especially check out in the morning. Staff friendly on the desk wide awake at check out. Close to the airport and 24hr shuttle. Driver was at the door on time (5am).

The location was excellent. My flight was too early to attend breakfast. The wake up service was perfect, and the shuttle service to the airport was great, as the friendly driver was already waiting at 5:00 am for passenger pick up. Using this airport in the future, I would surely choose Hampton Inn for my next vist.

Family traveled in for business. We enjoyed our time together there and it was amazing

I have no bad things to say about the place it looks and was very clean

I loved the hotel. The little details such as free toothpaste razors shaving cream etc. was in unexpected treat. Free eater coffee and cookies were a life saver

Overall, the breakfast is subpar,(especially the eggs) but did give us the fuel we needed to start the day.

The location was good for us as we wanted to be out of town and close to the mountains to go exploring the smokies

Being ignored by young female staff member when we checked out as she was busy texting and didn't have the personality to be on reception unlike the lady who checked us in and was wonderful
