The location was ideal, the food was okay, staff was friendly and the facility was generally very clean.

The bed was not comfortable for me. The floodlight shone directly onto the building. That was not good at all as that forces you to keep your blinds closed at night so that the light does not get into your room. At night you can be easily seen from the parking lot if you open the blind because of the light. The light I believe is supposed to shine on the hotel name at the top of the building. That was a wrong idea as it shone on the building and all the windows in the front. I was on the 7th floor.

The hotel staff were extremely nice from the time we checked in to the day we checked out. They answered any questions we had and were always willing to help. The food at the hotel’s restaurant was really good! There were times that they didn’t have enough staff to accommodate the orders coming in but the wait still wasn’t that long. The waitress and bartender remained calm and kind to everyone even though they had a lot of orders coming in! The location was perfect. The conference we attended was at Globe Life which was less than a 10 minutes drive so the hotel location was great! I really enjoyed the hotel offering free breakfast and dinner daily along with 3 free drinks! That’s unheard of and it made me feel like I was receiving more than I paid for.

I didn’t like that they didn’t have complimentary waters in the rooms so we had to keep purchasing waters from the hotel’s market. I didn’t like that they didn’t have antibacterial soap to wash your hands with.

I recently stayed at this hotel and was thoroughly impressed with everything it had to offer. First and foremost, the full breakfast was fantastic. They had a great variety of options, from made-to-order omelets to fresh pastries, and everything was delicious. It’s the perfect way to start the day, especially if you’re planning on doing some sightseeing. Dinner was equally as impressive. The restaurant offered a range of dishes that were well-prepared and flavorful. The service was attentive, and the atmosphere was comfortable, making it a great spot to relax after a day out. One of the best perks was the complimentary drinks in the evening. Whether you’re in the mood for a glass of wine, beer, or a cocktail, the selection was great, and it added a nice touch to the overall experience. The amenities were also top-notch. The fitness center was clean and well-equipped, and the pool area was a lovely spot to unwind. Free Wi-Fi was reliable, which is always a plus when traveling. In terms of location, it couldn’t have been better. The hotel is conveniently close to all the major attractions, so I was able to walk to most places or take a short ride to others. This saved a lot of time and made it easy to explore the city. Overall, I highly recommend this hotel. Between the great food, free drinks, excellent amenities, and proximity to local sights, it offers great value for money. I’ll definitely be returning!

"Our stay at the Drury Hotel was exceptional, thanks in large part to the outstanding staff. Conni (or Consuela) was truly amazing, making us feel welcome from the moment we arrived. We checked in on Friday afternoon around 5 PM, and the front desk attendant, whose name began with a 'T,' did a fantastic job. Despite distractions from another desk clerk, he remained focused on us throughout the entire process. It's rare to see such dedication and professionalism, especially in someone so young. As he handed us the keys to our room, we were pleasantly surprised when he offered us complimentary drinks and dinner. That kind of hospitality is rare, and it certainly made a lasting impression on us. We will definitely be staying here again!"

every thing was great

We had a wonderful stay at the Drury Hotel in Arlington. The room and hotel were impeccably clean, and the customer service was exceptional. Everyone in the hotel was very cheerful, helpful, and attentive. The included breakfast had plenty of options, and the food was good. There is a fitness center in the hotel. It has a decent amount of workout equipment and has enough to provide you with a decent workout. Every night from 5:30-7:00, they conduct a kickback social where they provide light food and three drinks. The hotel is located in a very nice area and is minutes from Globe Life Field, AT&T Stadium, and many different restaurants. The next time we're in Arlington, we will definitely stay here.

No issues to highlight with our stay.

The location was great, in walking distance of AT&T stadium. The pool is outdoors but it does have an overhang over part of it to provide shade. The property is new and so nice! The beds are comfortable and the rooms are huge and perfect for families. The parking lot was very well lit and made us feel like our vehicle was protected. The way the shower is designed is so thoughtful. We weren’t expecting the dinner in the evening, that was a fantastic and welcome surprise! One thing we noticed in particular was the abundance of friendly, engaged and kind staff. Most places seem to be downsizing and seeing how little staff they can get away with. Not so here; there were people to help everywhere and amazing people, at that! This was our first Drury experience but it definitely won’t be our last!

The property was squeaky clean. You don’t smell mildew in the Hotel like most. The property had an updated modern design not just in the lobby areas but also the room. The room rented was very very clean as well. Whoever clean our room before we arrive please composite them for a great job. I couldn’t even tell someone was in our room before us. I love the security of the property after hours. The customer service and special offers were great too.

There really isn’t anything negative to say but How about changing the brand of coffee? Coffee wasn’t the best.

The breakfast & dinner was excellent each day1!!!! The facility was very clean!!! I loved the kick back hours!!! I really loved how the management came around to talk to everyone. It was the best experience I've had at a hotel. No complaints!!!!❤️ That was myself and my 12 yr old sons first time on an airplane and to arrive at this hotel and to experience everything being excellent was great!!!!! I remember one of the managers name Consuella, she was awesome!!! ❤️I don't need holiday inn or any other hotel, only Drury Plaza!!!! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Pristine hotel! Only open for two weeks when I stayed in early July, and everything was immaculate! Exceptional amenities - three free drinks each night of your stay (only from 5-7, so check in with time to spare!), free light dinner (pulled pork sliders when I was there), free breakfast, beautiful pool, well-appointed fitness center, lovely views from the top floor. Staff was incredibly friendly and helpful - from front desk staff to bartenders to someone sweeping the floor wishing me good morning. My room was very clean and comfortable with elegant furnishings. Bathroom was nice with a fabulous walk-in shower. One thing I thought was pretty nifty - the mirror in the bathroom has a spot that doesn’t fog up while you’re taking a shower. To me, this was a luxurious hotel stay at a very reasonable price!

Not really related to the property - I was wanting a quiet mental health getaway, but the hotel was BUSY! Lots of people everywhere - lobby, pool, restaurant. I wasn’t expecting that, but I should have - Arlington, Texas, over July 4 weekend. 🤦🏻‍♀️ I guess being in a city with amusement and water parks, and two major sports stadiums, it will always be a busy hotel.

Brand new, super clean hotel with amazingly friendly staff. Conveniently located next to ATT stadium, Globe Life Park, Six Flags, etc. Free full breakfast, free soft drinks and popcorn all day, free dinner and complimentary adult beverage every evening! Kitchen+Bar open every evening from 5pm to midnight. Pool/hot tub area is very spacious with lots of lounge chairs/umbrellas. Part of the pool is shaded for most of the day and music playing over speakers. Large, well lit parking lot in front, You won’t be disappointed!
