We have been in 7 hotels over the past 4 week road trip. All differing hotel chains and all suitable for 6 in one room but if I had to pick one to stay in for the entire time it would be this one! Very spacious room. The bathroom vanity was huge and not with the toilet and shower. Then there was a separate kitchenette area with its own sink. The family room felt separate from the bedrooms and had a full sectional/pullout couch which was actually comfy. Great breakfast selection with hot/fresh items.

The beds are all full/double. That is the one reason I wouldn't want to stay in this longer. Otherwise it was fantastic.

Clean nice property. The staff is friendly and accommodating. The room was clean but missing some amenities. The staff quickly replaced what was missing and all was well. The breakfast was good however they need to stay more on top of what food has run out and replacing it more quickly.

Everything was great but please maintain a high attention to detail to maintain the Hyatt level of service. Leaving a room unfinished and not staying on top of the breakfast foods when they run out is below the bar.

The rooms are very large and spacious. The beds are fairly comfortable and there is a separate couch with ottoman to relax and watch TV. The breakfast is exceptional for this level of hotel; always consistent and a huge step above other hotel breakfasts. There is much more choice and the quality of food is excellent. The staff is very nice and welcoming.

The rooms need updating. Most hotels at this price level offer kitchenettes, and these rooms have only a sink, small coffeemaker, and under-the-cabinet refrigerator that isn't very cold or accommodating. My room did not have an extra blanket and only one extra pillow. The bathroom area has a separate sink/dressing area, but the bathroom itself has the toilet and shower in a very cramped space.

Quite, comtable beds.. Nice lady working front desk. Very good location. Everything was clean but 2 places. Minor, but I notice everything most people wouldn't notice. Thank you for a wonderful stay. I will return.

The bathroom had water spots on the floor. Most people wouldn't have noticed, but I notice everything. Water spots on in the coffee area sink.. It doesn't look like it was clean, but everything else was spotless.

Location was nice away from hustle and bustle of downtown area. However, still within a short drive of attractions. Rooms and grounds were clean and bed super comfy. Breakfast was plentiful and fresh. Would recommend to others.

Pool was dirty, but it was cold so probably why it wasn't maintenanced.

Location to hospital and surrounding restaurants was ideal. Breakfast selection had good variety and was clean in the building with friendly staff.

The AC was very loud at night when it would cool the room. The standard fan blowing was normal, but when the cooling kicked in it kept us up at night. And the pillows were to worn/used (for my use).

Loved that it was quite even though it was right next to the elevator, cozy room, easy to get to and from our venue.

Was not greeted when we first arrived, I had to ask about common things that are said when you get checked in, such as what time is breakfast what floor or side is our room located. The breakfast was not good at all, over ripped fruit, cold eggs, soggy potatoes, yogurt was sour, stuck eating carbs and coffee.

The room is big, clean and comfortable

Looks like there are no pool maintenance, there were sucks in the bottom of the pool for more than 2 days, also floating cockroaches in the water. Nobody cares after we complained. The manager's son had a master key and opened our room mistakley without asking for our peremesion, while we were sitting in the evening

If you want to stay and don't have a car to shop around, bring your own slippers; you need them for taking a shower. The disposable slippers (cost $1 each pair) were not available at the hotel, and the Target next to the hotel didn't have them too.

Excellent location, very clean and spacious hotel. The hotel staff were very accommodating and nothing was too much trouble. The breakfast was very good with a lot of choice but I would avoid around 9.00 am as it seems to get very busy around this time. There are also quite a few bars/restaurants within walking distance and the hotel also provided a list of local restaurants which they recommended although some of these you had to drive to or get a taxi. The rooms are very spacious with adequate facilities.
