The hotel is very nice. It looks a bit old but it is very nice. Staff just amazing. Food is great in all meals (breakfasts, lunch and dinner). The pool is very nice and organized. I've been to other resort that you need to got to the pool 5am to get a sunbed. here is not the case. Lots os other activities during the day in the hotel. Kids love it. Snack bar in the pool is also very good. Our checkout was at 10 am, and our flight was at 11pm. They could not give us late checkout, however we could spent the whol day in the hotel eating, in the pool, in the beach and they let us use the spa for a shower before going to the airport. It was GREAT.

The facilities seems a bit old and the room it pretty dark. Our room was in the ground floor and it was adapted for handicap . It was not very nice, specially the bathroom. I'm not sure all rooms are like that. Nothing major.

Fabulous location set up in a forest area. You can spot deer everywhere. View from balcony was absolutely stunning. Rooms were spacious and spotless. Beach was at a stone’s throw away from our room. Lots of deck chairs and parasols were available. Snacks options were fab at the tavern, kids loved it. Super friendly staff Lots of food options for non vegetarians , seafood was fab Kids club was good Clean swimming pools

Vegetarian food option could have been better. Food items were not named correctly on some occasions. There was no kettle in the rooms for tea and coffee. Coffee machine was available only during breakfast. Rest of time you will have to buy from the bar although we had taken full board option. Evening entertainment could have been better. It was catered only for italian audience. Iron was not available. Staff was fab however would have been great if they could communicate a bit in English. There were not a lot of activities at the beach. Beach area could have been made interesting and enjoyable by playing some music atleast.

All the meals were amazing, especially lunch and dinner. Fresh and tasty meals, lots of pasta and pizza, but also variety of meats and salads. Fruits and desserts also. Every meal was impeccable. The beach is beautiful and clean, water is warm, and the nature is just beautiful. The hotel is surrounded by a forest. There is a lot of activities with the animators, amazing for children. Would definitely return here.

There were a lot of mosquitoes in the room. The toilet could use a renovation.

Amazing sea, an amazing bay and lots of green nature around you! Sometimes even wild animals (like deer or small wild pigs) walk in the hotel area and chew grass :) Good food at the hotel (except for the breakfast, which is traditionally very very basic). Amazing pasta every day + food changes a little bit, so you have decent variety. Decent facilities (free tennis courts that you can use), a nice long pool + 2 baby pools. Mostly friendly personnel, helpful reception staff 👍

The hotel itself (the building and some of the facilitates) are a bit outdated. It would be top class for 2005 maybe but not for 2024. The territory is green and nice but you have some garbage sometimes lying around and some road and construction work that kills the nice vibe. It felt like if there would be more work invested in maintaining the territory of the hotel - it would be simply superb! But not sure why it's not happening. Another strong minus for us personally was the loudness of the music played at the beach in the morning and at the pool in the afternoon... It was just way too loud. We got used to it after 4 days, but still - the sound levels were absolutely abnormal 😬

Good food. You can always find fresh fish, meat, chicken, different pizzas and pastas. You will not be hungry. There is a children's animation club (in Italian). There are no problems with sunbeds by the pool. During the day there is a snack bar by the pool, where you can eat fresh fruit, pizza, various snacks. The beach is sandy. Entrance to the sea first stones 2 metres, then sand and depth. Towels can be rented at reception.

The staff are friendly, but you have to be patient to solve any problem. We waited for three days for the signs with our numbers to be hung on our lounges and someone was always lying on them. There is a lot of deer faeces and other wild animals on the territory. The swimming pool is a bit dirty. Animation is all in Italian. Few people speak English, even at the reception desk. No water in the room. You could at least put a couple of 0.5 bottles.

Just writing this review because after reading other reviews i was not 100 % sure if i should go. Beach, property, staff, food and surrounding area all was great and i strongly recommend to go there. Some tips: They will let you in before check-in at 5PM. We had lunch at 01:00 PM From the beach you can go to swimming pool bar and eat and drink there all day. Some things people mentioned in the reviews are due to two levels of all inclusive. they have to sell it somehow. For example: you want better coffee at the breakfast. buy better all inclusive...

bathtub very old. bidet and toilet were in two separate rooms. This makes bidet hard to use :)

The red all inclusive is completely miss leading basically no different to the soft all inclusive not a true all inclusive like you would expect no access to any thing at the beach bar and it's like they make it hard for you to find out what you can have and then given to you in a childs size glass no cocktails included either . The hotel is a little run down and in need of updating the grounds could be so much nicer if a little investment was put in to the pool areas and grounds

Very stiff bed Some staff in the restaurant were very rude (especially the one who served the large meat and fish every day). I asked what the sauce is in english, he didn’t reply and i said do you speak english? He said no and started shouting in Italian and speaking very rude. The other day i asked for more fish from him and he started yelling again. Also the food was not very tasty every day.

Although cot was set up the second bed was not and had to make up ourselves. we managed to lock ourselves on the balcony as could not open from outside. It was fine as neighbour got reception to cone up and let us back into the room We had to leave early for return flight & tried to go to breakfast 5 mins early to get water for baby bottle. One staff member caused a big fuss & kicked us out even though we were only looking for hot water & no food. In the end went to toddler area but wasted time when we needed to leave for an early flight Couldn’t go into the sea which was a shame but glad prewarned as didn’t want to get sick

Breakfast was good, selection was not the biggest I've experienced, but there was enough. The sports facilities was what attracted us, and we made a lot of use of the tennis courts. The dinners were also pretty good, we were lucky enough to be staying on 15th August, and there was a 'gala' dinner. We're not Italian so had no idea this would be a special day. There's plenty of beds/chairs by the pool/beach.

The included soft drinks are horrible. They are also only served in tiny plastic cups. First of all, single use plastic should not be used these days. Secondly, the drink quality was awful, too much syrup. We mixed them down with plain water. Also the machines are only useable where the food is being served. Which means during the day having to go to the pool bar, why can't all the machines be on all day? The sound at the evening shows is too loud, no need for it to be. The comedy shows, seemed to just involve a lot of shouting. Maybe that's Italian comedy? I don't know, and don't speak Italian. The dance numbers were good though, and the kids club show was fun. There is a strange smell of 'poop', I think it might be from the deer, I hope it's not a sewerage problem.
