The saltwater swimming pools were very nice and the area well looked after. Staff were excellent. Very good breakfast. It's a very nice hotel. The balcony protects the room from strong sunshine which keeps the room cool.

There is an impression that there is a beach available from the photographs. When I checked my paperwork before travel it mentioned that the beach wasn't open until 15th June but I presumed that was just lifeguard cover not that the beach was a construction site. The beach wasn't available for most of our visit as it was being worked on by the local council and they didn't have it ready on the date mentioned by the hotel. If we didn't have a car to go to other beaches, we would have been very disappointed. Once the council finished work, the beach did look like the photos and was available for use.

Great Location. Friendly reception and waiters and waitresses. Good cleaning of the room every day. Great breakfast. Well cut grass. Coffee and beverages are priced correctly. Swimming pool is clean, beach is super convenient.

The management does not look enough at details that can be really bothering. Just to bar a few : - no key to lock the public restrooms on the lower floor - a couple of lights outside need repair, - the pine trees leave sap on the cars, why not tell this to the guests and propose to protect the windshield ? - our room had a bad smell coming and going - the faucet of our bathroom was poorly installed, too close to the mirror. - some staff members should learn to smile - the bread that is served is way too old sometimes (not always) which seems a very small and annoying saving to make. This is too sad to see these imperfections. It is easy to fix by involving the personnel in giving suggestions and getting them to smile to guests.

The breakfast was really good, with so many options. Restaurant was also perfect. We had a room with an ocean view and we were perfectly satisfied with it.

The hotel has its own beach which is sandy and perfect, but unfortunately the smell of the sewage makes it horrible. You can feel sometimes that you swim in it. A dryer would have been usuful as well.

The staff is very welcoming and helpful. The location is lovely, but you will need a car if you want to visit the area- and you should! There is a lot to see and Alghero is a gem.

The rooms are just ok, not very comfortable and austere. Don't expect a lot. The breakfast is not great... they could make more of an effort. We did not eat at the restaurant in the evening as there are many many options in the area. Yes, there is an odour on the beach... a bit like rotten eggs due to the sea-grass. This is totally natural and not toxic. (There is a breeze there so it was not too bad... )

On the positive side, the staff is excellent, especially Paola at the reception, who patiently answered all our questions and provided great advice regarding restaurants and facilities.

We visited in July with my family. Overall, the hotel is quite good, but there are two issues. First, the beach is very beautiful, but there is a bad smell due to seaweed. However, once you go a little deeper into the sea, everything is great. Second, there was no water in my room. As I mentioned to the reception, this is the only hotel in the last five years where I couldn't find complimentary water in the room, which was really inconvenient.

Beautiful location with a breathtaking view. Fantastic pool facilities and beach access. Clean comfortable room. Great breakfast. The hotel staff were extremely friendly and accommodating. The hotel has such a feeling of calm and a short walk to the restaurants and cafes in Fertilia. Easy access by bus to Alghero. Perfect relaxing holiday for a family with a young child. Such a beautiful location, overlooking the sea. There was enough seats by the pool and beach for everyone. The trees and the general surrounding area were very peaceful and the hotel was very clean. The staff were all very helpful and kind. The hotel was only 10min drive into Alghero, so it was super convenient location. We enjoyed our stay here :)

There could of been more variety for breakfast. We stayed there for 7 nights and it was the same food every day. As a vegetarian/vegan there wasn’t a lot of options- it would have been nice to have some roasted vegetables or perhaps some more variety of fruit

Room was lovely. Enjoyed the sea view from the balcony. Was great to have the hotel facilities and private beach for some indulgence before travelling home. Using the room card to bill everything to the tab meant no need to carry cash and can just enjoy the stay. Staff were really helpful, we struggled to get an Uber but the hotel arranged a local taxi for us which saved us.

Shower didn't have the best pressure. Difficult to get an Uber to the airport as its quite close to the airport.

No complimentary warer upon arrival, no tea or coffee in the room (had to speak to administrator and explain that its a basic necessity), lack of food option for breakfast (except bakery), small selection of fruit for breakfast (no watermelon, no melon despite it was a season).

The view from the room balcony, the room was spacious and the hotel was spotless. The staff were great and very friendly. We had an incredibly relaxing week at the hotel. The hotel gardens and pool area are beautiful and so well maintained. The infinity pool with the view over to Alghero is amazing. We went for a lovely walk along the cliff from the hotel through the pine forest. I cant say enough about this hotel and we had a wonderful week here. Very easy bus trip in and out of Alghero and we were lucky to be there for the festival in the local area of Fertilia. Great stay, would definitely recommend the hotel

Breakfast was good, lunch menu was great but the evening dinner menu was limited in choices. But we ate out a bit as well in the evenings so wasn't a major issue for us.
