Location is spectacular Rooms are big enough and need a comfortable Pool and beach were clean and spacious

the place itself is incredible! very picturesque view from the restaurant terrace! beach is just a few steps from the restaurant. very tasty food for the dinner. wide choice of food for the breakfast. VERY FRIENDLY, polite and supporting team. nice alcoholic/non-alcoholic cocktails in the bar. coffee from barista during the breakfast! (without additional fees)

my kid, a pretty picky eater, was struggling with the dinner. for his taste it was too fancy. but he likes only french fries and ice-cream in real life, so I can't blame the restaurant! I personally like the food - it was very pretty for my adult taste :) please be aware that in this hotel you will be far from everything. the bus stop is 100 meters from the hotel, but the commute is very unconvenient. it takes 1h to reach the closest city. also the taxi rate to the Olbia airport is crazy. for us personally it was not a problem (we were ok enough with the beaches near the hotel), but if you want to be more flexible and explore the city, you need to rent a car.

We had a lovely stay at the hotel, the beach is wonderful, its close to alghero and the airport. The staff was the best, very helpful and always very kind. Room was spacious and nicely refurbished. It was comfortable with enough space for clothes and stuff. Breakfast is generous and somewhat the same but you have a plenty to choose from and you can also have a good italian cappuccino. Wine selection is very nice and they also make good coffee. The see infront of the hotel is amazing crystal clear with a lot of fish. Sunbeds are comfy and overall vibe in september is very chill.

I really dont like to put out the negatives but the food besides breakfast is very average for the price. Especialy the alacarte dinner. The special dinner with the sheppard is totaly worth it in my opinion, dont miss it. Rooms could be a little more sound proof.

The private beach is wonderful, with cristal water and light coloured sand. Its very good to have your own sunbed and umbrella for each room. This is a nice thing and we didnt feel its crowded because they are very organized. The staff is very nice, friendly and ready to help. We got all the information needed and the help requested. The breakfast is very good and with plenty of options (i would suggest other type of eggs except for the scrambled eggs and boiled eggs cause it might be boring). The pool is amazing and so is the view from the pool above a small golf. Towels are available on the beach everyday. Rooms are clean and bathrooms very spacious. We had a double room with garden view and it was good because there was no sun in the morning so we didnt feel its hot. There was an intense smell inside the room when we got there and the windows were closed so was not very nice but after one day of having the windows constantly opended, it dissapaired. We had dinner a la carte one evening and it was lovely, the food was good and the view from the restaurant made our evening more pleasant. Its a place where i would go back anytime. Simply beautiful.

Evening meal expensive. Restaurant often late opening both for breakfast and dinner which is difficult when you are needing to be somewhere. Particularly the breakfast running late and us needing to get to the airport etc. One evening meal they were 30mins late opening. Reception Staff weren’t able to direct us to best close beaches or boat trips etc. which was difficult as we are from Australia and literally had no idea. Would have been good to have recommendations rather than waste time trying to work it out for ourselves. Would be great to be able to get ice from somewhere in the hotel.

Our room was a great size but expensive (suite) as we booked quite late so limited availability. Location right on the beach is excellent. It's a beautiful bay with a sandy beach and the swimming was lovely. View from the room beautiful, we appreciated having a sea view. Staff helpful and polite. We had a massage, also good. Location is well placed for accessing rest of the local coastline and small beaches/ bays/ national parks. Close enough to Alghero where there are plenty of dining options.

There was 1 free bottle of drinking water on arrival but given the cost of our suite I was a bit surprised this wasn't replaced daily. Cost of bottle 4 euro from bar subsequently. Would have been a small cost to hotel and a gesture of goodwill. Despite note re sustainability in the room hotel room still provides thin single use plastic cups instead of glasses, would be good to reduce plastic waste more. Hotel dinner ok but nothing special.

This is the best beach in the area, and the hotel is perfectly situated. It was so comfortable and quiet I couldn’t seem to get myself off of the beach! The hotel is next to a nature preserve with some very beautiful caves you can walk through, and the water is crystal clear and calm. Perfect for lazily swimming, paddle boarding, snorkeling, etc. the hotel is very clean and simple, the breakfast is very very good, dinner wasn’t my favorite, but I enjoyed aperitivo on the terrace while watching the sunset.

I had a lovely massage, but the towels were quite scratchy. The beds were extremely firm and the king size was 2 twins pushed together, so there was a hard seam right down the middle which was uncomfortable.

The location of this hotel is simply pristine, the private beach and the water are spectacular and offered us such a relaxing time. Despite some comments seen on here and Google, we had absolutely no issue with the cleanliness of the room, it was very comfortable although simple, it had a huge balcony and a clean and modern bathroom. The common spaces were also well maintained, although the hotel was a bit dated, we found it good value for money (especially compared to other places in Italy - hotels here are expensive, it’s not Greece or Turkey! We had much worse experiences with 9.4 rated hotels in other places in Italy, but maybe this is just our personal experience). Breakfast was delicious, we also had dinner once and it was good, nothing spectacular. The staff was really nice and helpful.

Would have loved a nicer atmosphere at night, maybe a nicer bar or terrace area and we wouldn’t have left this place to go to Alghero every night. This, however, didn’t bother us much, since we only stayed for 3 nights before heading to the east side.

The location of the hotel is fantastic! The beach reserved only for the hotel guests is amazing. The staff was very friendly, organized, competent and helpful - respect to the whole team! The breakfast was very good. The hotel is nice, clean, refurbished and very well maintained.

First, at these prices, in a 4-star hotel, the coffee machine or at least a kettle is a must. We had to wait until 7.45, when the breakfast starts, to have our first coffee. Second, the dinner in the hotel restaurant was disappointing - simply presented mediocre cuisine to put it mildly. I am sorry for not taking pictures of the plates with oily potatoes and tasteless shrimps, that have not been properly defrost before cooking. And the price we paid was the same as at a Michelin recommended restaurant in Alghero. I believe the management should pay attention to the two remarks above, because they are made for a reason.

Lovely secluded location but an easy and quick 10-15min drive from the historical center. There was even a bus that stopped right in front of the hotel gate. The beach and dining space has spectacular views and the staff is incredibly helpful and professional I cannot compliment them enough for a wonderful stay.

For our purposes it was great but if you're looking for more of a city break it is a bit out of the way. The bed made a lot of noise, I think it was due to the mattress protector... it made a lot of rubbery type squeaks. Only downside otherwise the room is small but has everything you'd need.
