Located in a bay northwest of Alghero, calm water, great for swimming, but you sacrifice the open water horizon view. The pool complex is good, clean, a few meters from the beach. Breakfast was ok, standard Continental selection, with a great selection of sweets. Dinner at the restaurant was very good, “elevated” Italian dining.

Room ready only at advertised checkin time, reception staff a bit cold/reserved comparing to other hotels visited in Sardinia (the restaurant/bar staff very nice though)

Staff were super, location lovely and the beach and pool area great. Rooms over the looking the gardens were so peaceful.

Gym could have been better - no kettlebells or barbell with weights which was a shame. Breakfast was good and most days a good selection for gluten free. Restaurant was very poor for vegetarian and gluten free vegetarian. In fact was told that there were no options for gf deserts. Expensive too. Would have been nice to have access to the sea and beach before 9am.

Great location, stunning setting and in a nature reserve. The hotel has access to a small beach and is well equipped with parasols and sun-beds. The hotel also has a lovely large salt water swimming pool. The food and selection on the menu in the restaurant was excellent. The restaurant has stunning views and is a great place to eat. Great choice of food at breakfast and the two themed nights we attended in the restaurant ( Sardinian and Sea food) were excellent and good value for money, The gym is good, with adequate facilities. Recommend selecting a room with a sea view as the view is stunning across Porto Conte. A car is essential if you want to explore the local area as the hotel is approximately 20 minutes drive to Alghero. We did not utilise public transport but based on discussions with hotel staff and other guests is not that regular.

The accommodation is set in a very nice woodland setting and is complimentary to the environment. The rooms are adequately equipped, clean but a little on the small side.

Breakfast was a European breakfast but was fresh and something for everyone. Location is out of the way of Alghero however it’s quiet and relaxing. The buses aren’t often but if you plan your time it’s no bother. We caught a taxi to the hotel from Alghero (€35) but after that was caught the bus €1.30 with a ticket before hand, if you pay on the bus it’s an additional €1- cash only We stayed for 4 days but if we’re staying for longer we would rent a car. The rooms were clean and modern, it has all you need in there but for us wasn’t a place we wanted to relax in. The hotel has a reading room and a pool table although we didn’t use it. All the staff were amazing, attentive and helpful. The beach is beautiful, warm and clear. It’s sand but there are rocks in water so I advise bringing aqua shoes. We didn’t have any but still entered the water from middle of port. We are tired parents and this adult only hotel was a very much needed opportunity to reboot.

Lunch menu is very basic and only has option for vegetarians if not salad. It’s a shame there aren’t more options as there aren’t any restaurants near by.

We stayed here for a few nights to relax, and it worked perfectly. The location is beautiful, with lovely views and spectacular sunsets. Although we were initially concerned after reading some reviews, we chose to upgrade to a junior suite to make sure our stay would be restful — and it was. The hotel itself is nice, though it does have the feeling of “having seen better times.” The rooms are arranged in small two-story buildings with a courtyard in the middle, surrounded by lots of greenery. The crickets are very loud at night, but in a way that felt calming rather than disturbing. Our room was comfortable, and the bed was simply amazing. The junior suite, however, was essentially two regular rooms joined together, which left us with a living area featuring an uncomfortable couch and table that felt somewhat redundant. The breakfast buffet was good, the pool large and enjoyable, and the beach area perfectly fine — pebbly, but manageable with proper shoes. The gym wasn’t impressive for a hotel of this level, but it was sufficient for a quick workout. We tried the Sardinian night, which was okay, though we had better food at other restaurants nearby. During the day, light snacks such as burgers and sandwiches were available; although overpriced, they tasted fine. There is also a tennis court, but it’s in poor condition and in need of proper maintenance.

The bathroom was spacious, but as noted in other reviews, ventilation was poor and there was a large humidity stain on the ceiling.

Staff were very friendly. Brahim in the Dining room was a credit to the hotel, his professional manner and sense of humor was amazing.

Too far away from Alghero. Booking.com stated 1.6k from centre but there was nothing in the centre. Bus to Alghero limited time schedule and taxi return was €50. If the hotel supplied a shuttle service, this would attract more visitors. Also, entertainment at night was lacking, 2 singers that were average. Local hike in national park well worth a visit.

Everything was really good. Pool, beach, food, parking, staff, rooms. Plenty of sun beds both at beach and pool.

If there is anything to mention it was that it was further away from Alghero than we thought. But that is in us. (20 minutes by car) but Bus 9321 goes from a bus stop only 3-4 minutes walk from the hotel to Alghero for a few euros every 2nd hour. In addition you can take the beach bus. The beach is really nice, but the water is rocky but nice.

location is amazing, with private Beach. excellent for relaxing and an Amazing Sunset (they have couches on the Grass, pointing to the Beach / Sunset. Staff was very helpfull for everything we needed. Breakfast was really good. Extra points for the restaurant: 1. the Staff is simply amazing. Kudos to them 2. food was excellent, with presentation like a high end restaurant, for a price that is just the same as any average restaurant we went in the Island. and tasting So good!!!! I would eat there every day if I knew before :)

The location and outdoor area and restaurant

No iron available. No shuttle bus service. No late departure facilities like shower or changing room. Very much you have to pay for everything and it's clear that they chase revenue. Staff tried to charge twice for a spa treatment. And when you ask some reception staff a question like can I have an iron for my clothes they look at you like your from outer space.

The pool and private beach were beautiful. And NO kids was just perfect! The little pier that's on the beach is also something else ! Crystal clear water and just stunning at sunset. I actually proposed to my (now) Fiance on that pier. Rooms were cleaned every day with fresh bed sheets and towels. The breakfast spread was very good and the staff were all superb. I highly recommend it for couples as it's just a little slice of heaven if you can get over "What I didn't like" below:

There's not much outside the hotel at all. There's a small local shop about 20 mins walk through what feels like an isolated Mexican village. It's 35 quid in a taxi each way to get to the old town so unless you're driving, staying in the hotel for the full stay is likely to happen. There's also a large number of cicadas in the trees who make constant loud noise all day from 6am - 9pm. It's actually crazy how loud they are. But you soon just learn to tune them out.
