location is amazing, with private Beach. excellent for relaxing and an Amazing Sunset (they have couches on the Grass, pointing to the Beach / Sunset. Staff was very helpfull for everything we needed. Breakfast was really good. Extra points for the restaurant: 1. the Staff is simply amazing. Kudos to them 2. food was excellent, with presentation like a high end restaurant, for a price that is just the same as any average restaurant we went in the Island. and tasting So good!!!! I would eat there every day if I knew before :)

The pool and private beach were beautiful. And NO kids was just perfect! The little pier that's on the beach is also something else ! Crystal clear water and just stunning at sunset. I actually proposed to my (now) Fiance on that pier. Rooms were cleaned every day with fresh bed sheets and towels. The breakfast spread was very good and the staff were all superb. I highly recommend it for couples as it's just a little slice of heaven if you can get over "What I didn't like" below:

There's not much outside the hotel at all. There's a small local shop about 20 mins walk through what feels like an isolated Mexican village. It's 35 quid in a taxi each way to get to the old town so unless you're driving, staying in the hotel for the full stay is likely to happen. There's also a large number of cicadas in the trees who make constant loud noise all day from 6am - 9pm. It's actually crazy how loud they are. But you soon just learn to tune them out.

Beautiful relaxing stay at Corte Rosada. Staff are friendly and attentive with a brilliant buffet breakfast. The pool & private beach are perfect spots for guests to relax with an added bonus of comfy sunbeds. The hotel is clean with recent renovations and a small gym is overlooking the sea. Overall we wish we could have extended our stay at this lovely Hotel!

The Rocky beach means it is a shallow sea area but still beautiful.

The wardrobe in our room smelt a bit so we didn’t use it. The room wasn’t particularly well sound-proofed so we could hear snoring from another room next to us (I appreciate this wasn’t the hotels fault!). Thankfully that was only one of the nights otherwise we might have asked to move rooms as it kept us awake

Breakfast was fantastic, we also had a dinner which was good. Pool and outdoor facilities were good. Location was also good, Close drive to Alghero. The view from the back of the resort is excellent, sea and mountain views and night time entertainment was also fantastic.

Getting into the water at the beach for a swim, not so easy, Consequently not so many people swimming. I was promised a better room location on the first day, but it never came.

Staff were kind and attentive. Food and service were exceptional! The resort grounds smelt like flowers and the pool was lovely. Location was fantastic to get to activities.

Room was fantastic, with the exception of our bed. We were in a basic room, no delux treatment so we didn’t expect luxury but our bed was very hard and not comfortable.

The ambiance was magnicifent, the location on the seaside was perfect. The pool area was very cozy and even though it was the high season the place never felt crowded, yet it was lively. Wonderful place, day and night.

The menu options at the restaurant for vegetarians were slim, and the hotel restaurant was a bit hefty priced compared to quality. However, there were plenty of other restaurants a short drive away, and the location, atmosphere, rooms in villa style buildings and the vicinity of the sea completely made up for any shortcomings.

The dinner menu was the same every day...only allowed to order from Al la carte menu which never changed. Lack of evening or daytime entertainment....no music in bar or round the pool. Too many coach trippers...just staying one or two nights, and very noisy, had different evening menu which seemed unfair

The pool area was very nice. We were cautious about the restaurant based on previous reviews but it was an excellent experience all around. The breakfast had a great selection of things. All the staff were extremely helpful and friendly. They assisted us with renting a car and finding a winery where we could eat and taste their wines. The hotel was clean and nice without too much noise in the room.

The bar/restaurant prices are a little high without alternatives close by. A car is a must if you want to explore more of the island.
