Monica was a wonderful host, very helpful in sharing tips for the best beaches, restaurants, etc., and very attentive and generous, adapting the delicious breakfast to our taste. She even lent us a beach umbrella and mats and helped us find our transportation to get to our ferry.

Everything was even better than we expected and it was really a lovely and peaceful stay.

Everything was excellent. The host Monica was fantastic. We couldn't praise her enough. She was most helpful, accommodating and just lovely. She gave us very useful tips and made sure we were comfortable. The place was very clean and looked after well. Traditional elements of Sardinian art in the interior design gave an extra charm. We had a wonderful stay there, comfortable sleep and the most delicious breakfast. We were impressed! Thank you Monica 🤗

The most friendly host we’ve had in Sardinia! A nice room with all the needed facilities. There is a shared terrace you can use as well. The host prepares a tasty breakfast in the morning. If you have a car, there is enough parking in front of the building.

Everything was great! Even though the location is not in the city centre, it is withing th walking distance.

Monica is a great host, very kind and attentive. Breakfast is good, not a lot of variety but you get all the basics. Rooms are nice and clean, decorated in a traditional manner. Overall, good value for money. Also free parking is just in front of the property which was great for us.

Monica is a lovely person, polite, funny, discrete, considerate, respectful, keen to help. She texted us on the day to confirm our arrival time. We had a massive delay and she waited patiently in the middle of the night till we finally arrived. She welcomed us with a huge smile even if it was 2.30am. The B&B is conveniently located 10-15 min on foot from the old town (3min by car/motorbike), with lots of amendments nearby. Farmacy, supermarket, cafe, convenient shops, with free on street parking. Easy access to motorways for day trips. Quiet big rooms with hot water all day long, comfy mattresses and pillows EXTREMELY CLEAN AND TIDY. We would get a text from Monica asking what time is convenient for us to change the linen (every 3 days) and clean the room. Snacks are available all day long. I cannot recommend this place enough. Had a great time there and definitely we'll be back.

Monica the host was super nice, welcoming, friendly and give us tips (and a map) from the city and place to eat. Good location, free parking, clean and new, bed súper good. Breakfast very good. Space in the fridge to put your things is very helpful. Place to come back.

Charming host (Monica), decent breakfasts, good coffee maker, cozy and pleasant interiors. A lot of free-of-charge parking slots in front of the hotel.

The Mrs was kind and helpful, the premises were very nice and clean, the location is a short distance from the historic center. Bus stop in front of the apartment
