It was a large room with a comfortable bed and spacious very clean well-lit bathroom and good towels. Excellent a/c. First hotel in Sardinia and Sicily that has provided Kleenex and good space to open two suitcases. Very good breakfast. Walking distance (15 minutes) to historic part of town.

The first hotel in Sardinia and Sicily that did not provide a free bottle of water upon arrival in our room.

Hotel just on edge of the town but an easy walk into main old town and along the promenade. Reception staff were very friendly and eager to help with information. Good choice at breakfast and food and drink items regularly refilled by staff. Alghero old town is lovely and packed with restaurants and traditional Sardinian shops.

Beds a bit too hard for our liking and a couple of issues with room that should have been really picked up, hairdryer in the bathroom virtually caught fire on first use but to be fair once mentioned they quickly supplied an alternative one to use. There is an underground car park but its tight to park and a steep slope going down into car park so for after 1 day we used the street to park.

Aesthetics: To be honest, room & hotel aesthetics can be improved.

Great location - not in the city centre so very calm neighbourhood, but not too far away the centre. Located near a bakery and a medium size store. Very nice and helpful staff, we were able to get the room before the check in time, as we arrived to Alghero earlier. Breakfast wasn’t big, but had everything we needed (both sweet and savoury options). Our room was good and tidy with comfortable bed. Hotel walls weren’t thin in our opinion as some say differently (we didn’t hear or neighbours). Overall, amazing stay - would definitely come back :)

The staff were super friendly and helpful, and everything was spotless. The breakfast was lovely with a great variety of options. The location is also great — just about a 15-minute walk to the old town. Overall, a really pleasant stay! The “bar” is a small area at the reception where the staff are happy to pour you a drink. It’s very convenient and the staff are incredibly accommodating, though it’s more of a quick stop than a place to relax for the evening.

We had a very enjoyable stay at Hotel Angedras. Very nice rooms, but the service provided by Daniela, who followed up for several MONTHS on our request for a difficult dinner reservation, and Marina, who glided our stay, and supported our requests large and small. We will return. The hotel is extremely clean and quiet. We were pleased with the breakfast.

Owner restricted use of the large patio near the lobby to drinks purchased from the tiny bar with the receptionist as the bartender. Silly.

Nice hotel, good location (about 15-20 min. walk with a kid stroller to the city centre), lovely staff (we met ladies only and all of the hotel employees were exceptionally friendly and welcoming, especially to the little one), nice breakfast with fresh food options (the only drawback of the facility might be small dining room for breakfast/ at times unavailable clean tables to sit at), clean rooms.

We recommend staying in this hotel for 100%! The staff was amazing - very good english and very very friendly! They helped us with everything we needed, even prepared breakfast for us in the 5 AM. The hotel was clean, located in a quiet location and still close to the city centre (15 mins by walk), also close to the airport (15 mins by car). However, you will need a car if you want to go to the beaches outside of the city centre (we were there in a peak season and wanted to avoid the crowds in Maria Pia beach). If we come to Alghero, we will come to this hotel for sure!

We had littlw issues with the aircondition but the hotel staff helped us!

From our arrival to our departure all the staff wefe exceptional. Warm welcoming helpful especially Marina , Lara, Roberto and cant remember other receptionist (red lipstick) excellent. Breakfast was 5star. Cleanleness 100% comfy beds and good quality towels.

The only negative was no kettle in the room and perhaps the use of a shower when we returned to collect luggage as our flight was departing late.

Nice cozy hotel in a quiet neibhorhood. Nothing too spectacular, standard hotel. Not far from coastal panoramic promenade for a walk that leads to old town.

Distance to oldtown is a good 20-30 min walk. Seems closer than it actually is. Breakfast is a standard boufet with selection of cold meats and cheese, some pastries, no warm food like in some other places like scramble eggs, sausages etc... Not a complain, but something to be aware off. Some noises could be clearly heared from adjecent rooms, not too bad but had better experience before in similar priced hotels accross Europe.
