This is a very welcoming and pleasant B&B. The hostess is very friendly and puts together an amazing breakfast spread! She also was helpful in recommending restaurants and activities during our stay. When our AC didn't work, she arranged its repair quickly. Our room had a spacious and lovely terrace. Location is about a 20-25 min walk to the old town- and a pleasant walk at that.

Booking.com advertised this as a "sea view room" but our room faced away from the sea, overlooking nearby buildings. From one side of the terrace there is a view of the sea, and the breakfast area has views, but the room itself does not. We would have liked a bit more storage for our things, like a dresser. One issue that unfortunately the hostess cannot control was noise from a neighbor's dogs. Somebody in the building has several large dogs that they kept in a kennel outside. The dogs barked and whined a lot when in their kennel.

My friend and I felt immediately at home at lovely Sand’Ana House B&B. Our host Anna greeted us warmly on arrival and, throughout our stay , she was incredibly thoughtful, helpful and kind. She provided fabulous suggestions for restaurants, even booking a special lobster dinner for my friend’s birthday. Breakfast on the terrace was delightful with delicious, simple home-cooked food and a beautiful view of the sea. Berry, Anna’s cute little dog, gave us a friendly welcome each morning. Our room was spotlessly clean, quite spacious and very comfortable, with our own private terrace. The location was ideal, quiet and away from the busy tourist area. Ample street parking. The walk into the historic old town, along the picturesque waterfront, was enjoyable, especially at sunset, and about 20 minutes. Overall, a delightful stay in a superb guesthouse, with warm generous hospitality. We absolutely loved it. Grazie Mille, Anna!

We have spent 4 days here and really enjoyed our time, Anna was super nice and provided us a lot of useful tips and recommendation where to go and what to see in and around Alghero which made this a really unique experience. The place is located like 20 mins walk from the centre so the neighbourhood was very relaxed and quite, also easy to park there. Our room had a balcony from there we had a beautiful view on the sea. Also the breakfast was served on the balcony overlooking the sea, not just the food was delicious but the view was a great treat for the eye as well. The room was very clean, cozy and equipped with all the things we needed. Really enjoyed our time there and highly recommend the place. Grazie Anna for your exceptional hospitality!

The room was comfortable, beautifully styled and had a balcony with sea view. Easy parking and check-in alternative with keybox. Fridge and basic cutlery available in the hall. It is a very nice walk to the historical center, next to the sea. If you don't feel like walking there is a good restaurant close by.

The hospitality of Anna and the big terace next to room put this accomodation to the top. Parking place always found on the street next to the house, breakest served on the terace with nice view, historic centre in walking distance ca. 25 minutes along the sea.

Location on the third floor without elevator to be taken in account in case of physical handicap.

It’s like a home from home, in a quiet residential area, with stunning sea views, beautiful balconies, all you can hear is birds singing. Anna is an amazing host, she makes you feel welcome from the moment you walk in. Breakfast is delicious, all home made and fresh. Her little helper Berry the dog is an added bonus, he loves the guests and he’s super cute! What a lovely stay.

Mattress was best we had during whole trip. Room was spacious and clean with good bathroom. The view was incredible and we loved the balcony outside our room where we were able to chill with a glass of wine watching the sun set after a day exploring. Anna and her Dad were fantastic hosts; Anna spoke excellent English and provided lots of information about what to see and where to eat. Her Dad baked the most amazing cakes and made sure we had everything we needed at breakfast. Berry the dog gave us a warm welcome each time we returned. The location was great; although a 15 min walk into the old town it was a lovely walk along the sea front and meant it was easy to park at the property and really quiet at night. We would definitely stay there again.

We liked everything, but would have been good to have one more pillow each.

First: a perfect position. Not too far from the Old Center - 10 min walk, in a very quiet area, with parking places on the street but near the property. Second: the host - friendly and useful - don't hesitate to ask her for info related island, town, restaurants, and places. You will find some hidden treasures. Thanks, Anna, for all. I have to remember as well Anna's father, a very enjoyable and authentic person! We will come back for sure. Third: the terraces of the house - are very large and cozy. In the summertime, the breakfast place is on a terrace with a panoramic view of the sea and old town.

A plus for the room could be a refrigerator inside it. It is true, a refrigerator is in the hall, but in summertime could be more convenient to have a little one in the room.

Location was excellent with beautiful view of Capo Caccia from the terace where breakfast was served. The location is aproximately 20 minutes walk from city centre, but the walk is along beautiful promenade along the sea so we realy enjoyed the walk. The breakfast was excelent and homemade. We arrived by car and we had no trouble finding the parking in the streets nearby.

Great little apartment with a large terrace with sea view. It was beautiful and quiet. The owner made an effort to leave some home made biscuits for a celebration we had which was a lovely touch. Area is a 25min walk from the old town and marina. Slept very well too.
