Free wifi, discount for food and drinks at a very nice restaurant. The staff was helpful and nice.

We left early in the morning. We were asked to leave our key in the room due to reception not being open. When we walked out the door, we couldn't get out the building because all the exit doors were locked. It was frightening to think that if there was a fire we'd be trapped. We had to wake a sleeping neighbor to open the door for us.

The room was beautiful, great location to the town and seafront. Our room had good views but we did have to climb almost 50 steps which wasnt easy with luggage, on arrival we had a porter but on check out it wasn't available. The staff were all super helpful and polite and couldnt do enough for us during our stay. It was our honeymoon and the decorated the room beautifully for us with balloons, rose petals and towel swans, perfect end to 2 weeks away. The room has everything needed and is beautifully decorated.

only downside is the current building works going on right outside, although it wasnt to noisy when the doors to balcony were closed it did cause some inconvienance in accessing the hotel and they do start work around 8am. We didnt know about this until it was already to late but it wasnt so bad. The air conditioning in the room wasnt the best and we did find ourselfves getting very hot esp during the night when it would turn off. We found it to be controlled by room temp rather than just aircon on.

Beautiful room matching the costal vibe. Two balconies were amazing and we used every day! Loved the lofted bed - sooo comfy, slept like a baby every night. Fabulous bathroom and Aragon hair and body products. The private entryway felt so authentic and special, as if we were locals. Cleaning staff was excellent. Location ideal…walking out every morning right to the gorgeous coastline never disappointed and was a favorite part of every day. Owners were impressively responsive on WhatsApp. Central location - easy walking distance to everything with minimal stairs! Can’t recommend more highly. I can’t wait to return and will definitely stay there again!

Only very tiny picky thing that could make it better is a full shower door so I didn’t spent shower time worrying if water was getting on floor.

We stayed in rooms 1 and 3, which were both on the same floor. Not too many stairs. I think rooms 5 and 6 are further upstairs. The staff at DieciSedici are nothing but wonderful and helpful if you need anything or have any questions. Andrea is available to help carry suitcases from the ferry terminal to the room which is very helpful. Rooms are spacious and amenities are plentiful. Room comes with shower gel, shampoo, conditioner, lotion, hand sanitizer, q tips, hair tie, nail filer, hair dryer, slippers, instant coffee, tea, dish soap. AC units were strong. Place is quiet. Location is steps away from the beach and main square. We are not breakfast people, but they offer 30% off breakfast at the bistro in the main square because there is no breakfast offered at the hotel. There are also free programs offered every day such as a tour of Ravello or Path of Gods hike. No complaints, only good things to say, would 100% stay here again.

No complaints! But I will use this space to compare the 2 rooms we stayed in. Can’t go wrong with either one really, but they do have small differences. Room 3 is the junior suite split level. Room 1 is the quadruple suite split level. Overall, we liked 3 more but both rooms were great. Pros of Room 1: bathroom is on the same floor as the bed, dishwasher, microwave in room, bigger fridge, spacious dining table. Cons of Room 1: little sunlight, patio (shared?) is located in outdoor stairwell. Pros of Room 3: brightly lit with sun, bigger outdoor patio. Cons of Room 3: no microwave or dishwasher but there is a microwave in the common hallway, bathroom is on the lower floor separated by stairs from bed upstairs.

This 3-star hotel offers a 5-star experience. Everything about this hotel is exceptionally well thought out. The location is unbeatable, right in the heart of the city, and the staff was fantastic—very helpful and attentive. For those traveling by car, they offer valet parking, which was incredibly convenient for us. Breakfast was included and served in a charming restaurant in Piazza Duomo, and it was excellent, offering a variety of delicious options. Our room was spacious and impeccably clean. Every detail was carefully considered, making our stay just perfect. We highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for an exceptional stay.

Great location, very close to the Amalfi port and bus stop. I'd highly recommend Amalfi as the basecamp to explore the Amalfi Coast. Our room was very spacious, clean and well equipped. The decoration is nice.

The price was high and breakfast was not included. Even if the Amalfi Coast is an expensive destination, we'd have expected more services for the price we payed. For instance, we stayed in other accommodations where a very nice breakfast was served in the room. Additionally, a luggage pick up and drop off service was offered (the luggage porter was very kind) but the communication with the hotel was not seamless when coordinating the service, plus they didn't make it on time.

I would rate our room 5 star. It was spacious and super clean. A big and long comfortable bed. Plenty of space for suitcases. A good size bathroom with lots of amenities. We loved the location the Piazza it is in is quiet, but it is a short walk through hidden paths to the main busy square. There are a number of steps up to the apartment around 40-50 but someone will bring your luggage up and down. So if you are ok with the seps it is well worth staying there. Also a very good pizza place next door

The noise made by people upstairs, sounded like they were moving furniture!

Firstly the communication was very good. We arrived early and we received a wonderful welcome. We were able to check in earlier than expected which was brilliant. The unit was exceptional. Very comfortable and lots of space. The bathroom was well equipped with lovely toiletries.The location was perfect near to the square for breakfast. Amalfi was quite busy but our accommodation was wonderfully peaceful. Thank you for a lovely stay.

Nothing but the stairs are quite steep if you have mobility issues. But a lovely old building.

Room is really beautiful and spacious compared to other hotel rooms I'd looked at online. It's only a few minutes away from the town centre square with all the cafes and restaurant. Room was very clean and quiet, with an extremely comfortable mattress.

Quite a few stairs to get to the room - not an issue for us but something to keep in mind for anyone with mobility issues. Nothing else otherwise :)

The location was fantastic, so close to the main square, restaurants, the beach and ferries. The staff were so friendly and helpful - bookings us cars and making restaurant recommendations. The view from our room was lovely as we had a partial sea view. The size of our room was good - we had a king size bed and a sofa bed and we liked our bathroom. We also had a balcony so we enjoyed the local festivals. We really enjoyed our stay and I would stay here again.

There were a lot of stairs to get to our apartment, but that's what you get when you want a sea view. Good exercise though.
