Lovely hotel which was definitely luxury. The views were stunning and the whole surroundings were relaxing and tranquil. Rooms have balcony’s/terrace looking out to Ravello and it’s stunning scenery. The pool area is really quaint with a good number of sunbeds and parasols for the guests. The customer service was outstanding. All the staff were highly attentive wanting to make our stay enjoyable and comfortable. It was the best and most friendly customer service we had on the Amalfi coast. We did the wine tasting experience which was excellent, the newly renovated wine cellar is lovely and with all the food pricing and personable experience it was thoroughly enjoyable. The views from the restaurant are beautiful and a perfect setting for breakfast. It was a lovely relaxing and luxury end to our trip.

There wasn’t anything major at all just maybe a few more options at the pool bar for lunch would have been nice as well as being able to self serve your own eggs in the morning and have them already cooked up. Otherwise I can’t fault a thing

My husband and I recently spent a week at Palazzo Pascal while in town for a wedding, and we were truly blown away. From the moment we booked, the experience was exceptional. The hotel management and concierge were warm, responsive, and eager to assist with every detail—even before we arrived. When we reached the property, we were welcomed like family. The level of hospitality here is simply unmatched. The staff are not only professional and attentive but also genuinely thoughtful, often surprising us with small, personalized gifts and gestures throughout our stay—whether it was a hand-written note, fresh fruit, or a sweet local treat left in our room. These little touches made us feel incredibly special and taken care of. The property itself is absolutely breathtaking. Set in the peaceful town of Scala, it offers spectacular views of the Amalfi Coast without the crowds of nearby Ravello. It was the perfect place to relax and recharge between wedding events and sightseeing. We appreciated being slightly removed from the tourist bustle—Scala offers serenity, authenticity, and charm. Our room was newly renovated, beautifully designed, and immaculately clean, blending modern comfort with classic Italian elegance. Everything from the linens to the lighting felt intentionally curated. The common areas of the hotel—like the gardens, terraces, and pool—are equally stunning and well-maintained. Every meal we had on-site was fantastic, made with fresh local ingredients and served with such care. You can feel how much pride the team takes in creating an unforgettable experience for their guests. This was honestly one of the best hotel stays we’ve ever had and it really is a hidden gem in the Amalfi Coast! We left feeling grateful, relaxed, and already dreaming about our return. This Hotel is set into the hills and in a pedestrian area. The staff were quick to arrive where we parked and moved our luggage to the hotel, the views are incredible and the rooms lovely and clean, the staff cannot do enough to help make your stay delightful and the food in the restaurant is delicious.

This hotel does not have a carpark so if you are arriving by car, be aware that you will park on the road in allocated spaces. The Hotel makes you aware of this and is there to help, this is common of all the Hotels in the area as they are set in the hills.

Staff were incredible. Insanely beautiful views. Complimentary champagne and decorated for our celebration. Robes and slippers were nice touch. Restaurant was delicious with amazing staff. Comfortable, large bed. We felt and were treated like luxury! Front desk staff were so helpful gave us recommendations and links to book travel to our next location. Baggage service was nice as well.

Location was great for a day trip to ravello and other cities. It isn’t walking distance from any restaurant or tourist spots. 10 min drive to ravello was nice. Drivers are available quickly too which helped.

The most amazing staff we have ever had at any hotel/home we have stayed in. Lidia took care of our every need, every single day, and the pool and restaurant staff were polite, super funny and incredibly service minded. The whole thing felt like staying with the most accommodating family and I recommend it dearly and sincerely to anyone who wants to stay with the nicest people in the Amalfi coast, and not feel like you are being treated like any other tourists. 10/10 stars!!!

Prepare to taxi to most locations but the money you save will still make it a better deal than the more expensive five star hotels in the region.!

We loved this hotel! It far exceeded our expectations! We were in one of the new rooms and everything was new and lovely. We had a large terrace with wonderful views. The breakfast was great and you can order omelettes, pancakes etc as well as the continental buffet. The staff are extremely friendly, helpful and welcoming.

From the moment we arrived we felt completely welcome and certain that our stay would be memorable and incredible. Communication prior to our stay was very thorough and helpful. As the team knew we were celebrating our honeymoon, they upgraded our room and left a lovely surprise there for us. The room we stayed in was absolutely beautiful, incredibly comfortable and very spacious. The attention to detail is second to none and this continues throughout the building with beautiful tiles and ceramics everywhere. The pool area is beautiful, breakfast was delicious and presented beautifully and the view from the pool is dreamy. I think that the service from staff here sets Palazzo Pascal apart; they really couldn't do enough to ensure our holiday was perfect, from recommending and booking restaurants to providing a wealth of knowledge/hints about the local area and what to see and explore. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

The environment that is created by the people, the quality of the food and the beautiful surroundings meant we felt ‘at home’ immediately. The rooms were immaculately presented and the ceramics on show through out give the hotel real character.

The location provided great views and was very peaceful. The pool overlooking the coast provided was refreshing the views were excellent. The breakfasts were very good- fresh fruit and a large selection of pastries and dining a the restaurant was also very nice. Moreover, what what makes Palazzo Pascal special, is the team. They were flexible on check-in and provided good insight into the area and activities.

The location is not serviced directly ( door-to-door) with transit, however a taxi can provide transportation. I am a particular traveler, and Palazzo Pascal did not disappoint. We will return in the future !

Everything was great! We really enjoyed the fact that it is secluded and was too crowed after spending the day in Positano. Very relaxing

I liked everything, the entrance to the hotel is some steps down from the road but the hotel waits for you to take care of teh bags so really not an issue
