Ravello is the best place on the Amalfi coast- hands down. Peaceful, quiet and beautiful. The food in town is the best we had on this trip. The hotels Location was incredible, pool was super clean, warm and the views were the best of our trip. Staff were friendly, breakfast was really good value for money/exceptional selection of food and the reception desk were really helpful. The location is walking distance from everything.

Would have been great to have a restaurant on site so that there was some atmosphere in the evening- just means no one was on site in the evening so we left to go to a restaurant/bar. 1500 stairs to the beach- not a problem for us but not a beach location for those who book with this in mind.

Beautiful hotel and grounds. Attentive staff. Fantastic location being able to walk straight out to the centre of Ravello. We had a lovely room with a balcony looking over the square Their sister hotel Villa Maria has a FANTASTIC restaurant

Very noisy rooms/thin walls - can hear your neighbours and everything going on. We were moved rooms because of this.

Breakfast was excellent. Was lovely to have a pool and sit in the shade of the magnolia trees or full sun if you wanted. The hotel staff were lovely and rooms cleaned every day. View from our room overlooked pool with balcony doors so you could see the stunning mountain backdrop. Very enjoyable week in Ravello.

Our only complaint was that the walls in the rooms were very thin so could hear other guests talking, flushing toilets and turning wall switches on.

The staff were very kind and helpful to us and made our stay special. The breakfast was lovely with a good choice and lovely flavours. The whole ambience of the hotel was tasteful and classy. Lovely relaxing colour schemes. The area of Ravello is absolutely stunning and will always be remembered.

We liked everything apart from the bed was a little hard for our liking.

In an area where there is extremely limited parking, this hotel has its own parking lot which made the trip a dream weekend. I was obsessed with the floor and wall tile ....so fun, whimsical and vibrant. The large balcony and view were extraordinary. The bed was the most comfortable I have experienced in all of Italy..it was THAT comfy. The staff were beyond next level... simply stellar. The gardens on the property is total zen. Its location is so convenient to the Piazza and all the lovely shops and restaurants. It is about 15 minute walk to VIlla Cimbrone Gardens.

The hotel was just around the corner from the main square and didn’t require any stairs! The pool was excellent, very deep and refreshing. The aircon was also fantastic and stayed on during the day even without the card in the electronic slot. The breakfast was incredible! And the staff were very friendly and helpful.

What a beautiful hotel conveniently located near the entrance and plaza in Ravello! We were there for a family wedding, and the hotel staff was exceptional and so accommodating. Can't say enough good things about the staff! They were especially kind to my 84 year old mother. Breakfast was also exceptional, so many delicious choices. Overall, it was a wonderful experience!

- Location was perfect, right in the middle of Ravello with gorgeous views of the hills from the pool - We had budget rooms but they were really big and lovely, big bathrooms and super clean - Reception staff were lovely and porters helped with luggage not just within the hotel but also to our taxi which was a few mins walk from the hotel as Ravello is pedestrian only - We had lunch and breakfast and both were very good

- The only issue we had was the signs everywhere saying what you were not allowed to do! It felt very old fashioned and not very welcoming - The pool is beautiful and really big but definitely not child friendly, partly due to the signs everywhere saying to be quiet / not jump or dive etc

Very close from the main street of Ravello. You can enjoy romantic mood of hotel and perfect breakfast is provided every morning. I also cannot forget nice and kind tour advise from one of the hotel staffs. I would like to stay in Hotel Giordano again on the next visit.

Hotel is within the ZTL zone so it is a little bit hard to find. You have to pass Villa Rufolo and go left.

The location was great. Very beautiful and town was not as crowded as the other locations on the coast. Easy access to dining and shops.

The staff was helpful and polite. There were strikes against tourist/Americans going on in Italy so felt more like we were tolerated rather than truly welcomed.
