Excellent breakfast! Our host provided many pastry and bread options as well as fresh fruit and made to order cappuccinos every morning. It was the perfect way to start the day. The view from the breakfast seating area was gorgeous. Our room was made up every morning including fresh towels. He provided a clothes iron which saved us when our steamer stopped working.

The location was great but it is right next to a public parking lot so it could get noisy in the morning. Tuesday’s there is a market in that parking lot so it was very noisy (our window was open though) early in the morning. But it’s only on Tuesday’s and may have been fine if we had gotten up to shut the window.

The location was fantastic, the room exquisite, and parking was very reasonable. Our host Pietro was gracious, helpful, and made the best breakfast that I have eaten in a long time - including freshly cut fruits, cornetti, english jams and an excellent cappuccino!

Under no circumstances will I ever use PayPal again to pay for any services outside of the USA. They charged a 4% transaction fee which was quite a shock. Next time I will simply use my credit card which does not charge any foreign transaction fees.

Peter and Tina? are an excellent team. Allowed us to drop off the luggage when we arrived early from Naples and also whilst waiting for the Taxi back on the afternoon. The Taxi Peter arranged for us back to the airport, whilst a little more expensive than the first, was a much more pleasant journey as this driver took the twisty bits slowly and smoothly. Breakfast was lovely, and large, served on the lower desk terrace, and Peter was very attentive with a good memory for your drinks. The quality of the food was excellent. Peter was also very helpful and knowledgeable on the local area. The B&B is just below the Main Square so very convenient. Best place to eat we found was Babel (very small so book but really good Italian food)

No information pack in the room so we were unsure of if there was a breakfast option and where and when it was served. So many steps in Ravello...hey ho..need to be fitter

The property was clean and effiecient. Pietro was so friendly and helpful! He went above and beyond helping with transportation and sight seeing. Ravello is a great place to stay that is quiet and peaceful. The property is very close to everything in town such as restaurants and shopping.

The staff was great. Very welcoming and helpful. The breakfast was fantastic, great way to start the day. The room is cleaned daily, if you want it. The location is very quiet and Ravello is a beautiful place.

I specifically chose this hotel, because I was looking for accommodation where we wouldn't have to sleep on a sofa. Booking.com says the 4 person room has 2 queen beds. To my disappointment there was only one bed. 2 of us had to sleep on a sleeper sofa.

My friend and I accidentally booked the wrong nights at our other location in Ravello, leaving us with an open night. Fortunately there was space at Il Ducato Di Ravello! Located just a few steps away from the square, this hotel was such a pleasant surprise. Tina greeted us immediately with warmth and made us espresso while we waited for Pietro, who could help us in English. Our room was immaculate, massive, and had such a gorgeous view of Ravello. It came complete with a stove, fridge stocked with drinks, AC, and a separate room with a very comfortable bed and lots of windows to let the light in. Our room also had a shared patio that came equipped with a cute table and chairs. Please know that when I use the word immaculate, I mean it- the white tiles and walls were gleaming and it smelled so fresh and clean when we walked in! After getting settled in, we walked up to the church and the square, then got lunch at Mimi’s and toured the gardens at the Villa Cimbrone. On our way down we grabbed limoncello then sat with gelatos on a bench near the square. Literally the perfect location. The included breakfast consists of yogurt, fruits (freshly prepared by Pietro), croissants and assorted jams, toast, coffee and juice. You can enjoy all of this on the veranda (also with a nice view). I couldn’t recommend this place more. It’s an absolute steal. Tina especially was my favorite- we stayed a few days elsewhere and I saw her two more times, and she always made sure to say hi. :)

There is nothing I did not like.

The location was fantastic to the Duomo square. The facilities were clean, staff were so accommodating and friendly, parking on site inside the hotel facilities. Sound-proof rooms made for very quiet nights, even with the windows open. Windows had screens so could be left open when weather permits or A/C in the room worked great.

WiFi was available but not very strong in all parts of the room - probably due to the solid/quiet construction of the building. We preferred the weak signal and the quiet room than the opposite.

The property was close by to the square and is very walkable. It is well appointed and was always clean. The staff came by to clean the room daily. Breakfast was great and Pietro was so accommodating to my large group. I would highly recommend Il Ducato di Ravello to anyone. Great for large groups!

We love it!! Is super clean and neat! Breakfast is the best ever that we had before in some hotel. All the staff is so kind and aware of the passenger’s needs. We recommended thousands time!

Beautiful views and walking distance to many shops and restaurants in Ravello. Peter was great too, super helpful and hospitable, helped us in figuring out what to do and booking us transportation.

Wi-Fi was very spotty. Only downside, but could be because we’re in a more mountainous area.
