The location! It’s tucked away between (above) restaurants, sandwich shops & gift shops. 12 rooms total which made it quite comfortable for our group. An amazing garden above the city’s walk way to enjoy an evening with a glass of wine.

After 9 days I still struggle to find a negative thought. Maybe mosquito’s but that’s not their fault

The hotel is located near the town square. There are lots of cafes and restaurants nearby. It's easy to get to as well, especially if you're carrying luggage. The staff is super nice and accommodating. I highly recommend staying at this hotel.

The room is a bit small.

The location is great just a 2-3 minute walk from the main square. The staff were friendly and helpful with suggestion of restaurants for dinner and made a reservation for us. I suggest having a reservation for dinner. Parking is available at a public parking lot just below the main square and only a 5 min walk or so to the hotel. The cost was 30 euro for 24 hours. Good selection for breakfast and if weather is nice there are tables to eat in the outside garden area.

Everything! Would highly recommend and would definitely stay again. The staff were so attentive and friendly, they couldn't have been more helpful. Delicious breakfast/coffee and the room was cleaned everyday. The only thing the hotel could benefit from would be it's own private shuttle service. Ravello is a beautiful location and very calm compared to the chaos of Amalfi however, it is difficult to getting to and from Amalfi which is the main link to the other towns. There is a public bus service but it's almost impossible to get on as it's very small and busy. Taxis are also very expensive if you're a small group and walking down to Amalfi is beautiful but walking back up is exhausting.

We were greeted by the loveliest man, who made us feel absolutely at home. This little hotel is right in the center of Ravello, with great views across the valley. Fantastic breakfast too! Beware of stairs if you have mobility concerns. There was one flight and then 4 more stairs up to reception and a couple more to the rooms.

The staff was excellent; it was like waking up to family every morning. Very kind group that was willing to make your stay as lovely as possible. The rooms are a perfect size, and you control your own A/C which is a big plus for me. The location is a 1 minute walk to the main square.. easy access to restaurants, taxis, etc... I will certainly be staying here again. Can't beat it for the price too!

the staff was amazing. they made me feel really comfortable and welcome. i was nervous traveling to Italy alone and worried about communication but the staff made me feel like i was right at home. i felt like i was going home at the end of every day and i loved the breakfast and cappuccino every morning.

it was totally fine but if i could improve on one thing, my room was next to a restaurant and they would clean dishes late into the night.

Excellent location for Ravello. Really lovely, friendly staff. Good breakfast with gluten free options.

Only issue was the location of our room was right next to where breakfast is served - meaning we were woken up when the team were setting up each morning.

A wonderful quiet hotel 50 steps from the main square. Clean, friendly, helpful.

Nothing really took away from our experience. Sadly, persons with accessibility issues would find the hotel entirely inaccessible.
