This hotel is exceptional! The food, the views, the staff, and the details of the property were incredible. The pool and lounge area felt quiet and relaxing. The staff waits on you hand and foot. The Michelin star restaurant on the property was delicious, and they make it a whole experience. The location is ideal because you are walking distance to the town square. Ravello in general is a hidden gem, not too touristy, which I loved, and not too crowded. I loved every minute of it!

We booked the most basic room since the property is quite expensive. The room was nothing special but the bed was very comfortable and the amenities in the bathroom had everything you would need. The directions to the hotel are confusing if you are driving. Just call the front desk and they will help.

The hotel team truly exceeded our expectations, providing an exceptional experience from start to finish. Though we only had one day left before our return, we found ourselves wishing for a few more days to fully immerse in the beauty of this place. We are certain to return in the future. Our day began with a workout at the open air gym, which offers breathtaking views of the Amalfi coast, followed by a flawless breakfast. The afternoon was spent lounging by the garden pool, and we ended the day watching the sunset from the rooftop pool. A visit to the clubhouse next day, just 20 minutes from the hotel, allowed us to unwind on an exquisite beach. Overall, everything was superb and meticulously designed for a memorable stay

The room was not particularly spacious, but it was satisfactory, offering a pleasant view of the medieval town with the forest in the background—certainly nothing to complain about. However, the hotel’s facilities were so exceptional that the room itself became a minor detail in the overall experience.

The main attraction of this hotel is the private beach club with free transportation to and from. Without this aspect, IMO, staying here wouldn’t be worth the price. The beach club definitely made all the difference and I would stay here again if I were in Ravello.

During the reservation process i saw that there were no photos of the room i selected. I even asked via e-mail for some pictures but aparently they don't have any for the mountain side standard room. It was indeed very small and crowded with a super small window and if i had seen some pictures maybe i would have chosen someting else. Overall the room was fine but i think pictures should exist with every type of room they have.

Fantastic facilities, beautiful setting and brilliant food and drink offering. The smell in the lobby is incredible…so fresh!

unless you pay for one of the higher tiered room, the mountain view room is a lot for the money and small on space.

Room was small and the bathroom had only tub and no independent shower. No tea in the room. Breakfast should have had more variety of fruit or organic seeds… we would expect more for the level of the hotel.

The art was surprisingly tacky and loud for such a beautiful hotel and made it seem glitzy and cheapened the ambience. The room service coffee was undrinkable.

Everything. The kind, thoughtful, attentive staff were incredible. The sun loungers were lovely. Food and breakfast amazing. Not to mention the view!

Minor detail, but if i were to find something to complain about it would be the minimal soundproofing between rooms.
