Me & my partner stayed here whilst we eloped in Ravello. The Hotel Staff were amazing from start to finish. They offered to dry clean my wedding dress & also gave my partner a spare room to get changed in on the wedding morning. We were not expecting this level of help & I was so very grateful for this, as it made my wedding day so much more stress free. We were given a lovely gift from the Staff of a Poster for our Home with scenery of the Hotel as our wedding gift. This was very sentimental & It now looks lovely on the wall of our home! The continental breakfast was lovely and the view from the breakfast room is also nice. The restaurant we ate at twice as it was the best restaurant which we had found in Ravello! Gorgeous views and the food and service was great. The views are amazing here & the Hotel is so peaceful. I can't wait to come back here one day. The most unique & beautiful spot on the Amalfi Coast. The rooms are well kept and the grounds are also clean and tidy. A magical place. Thankyou to Tony and his staff for their amazing customer service! I couldn't recommend this Hotel enough.

The place is lovely, perfect in so many ways. Your stay will be made by the friendliness and helpfulness of the staff, they are lovely people, family owned for over 25 years. The food in the restaurant is also good, traditional local food.

The room is not modern spec, it is totally within keeping with the hotel, an old Covent, which we loved, but some may not, so don’t stay here and then moan about that, manage your expectations folks.

The position was perfect, a short walk to the main square. The view from the garden and the room was amazing. The staff on the whole was friendly and efficient. The room was large and the beds were comfortable. Overall a very positive stay.

The windows in the restaurant were quite old, cold and draughty, especially if your table was nearby. Some of the decor could be refreshed a little.

Our 3 nights here were a major highlight of our 4 week Italy holiday. The concierge was incredibly friendly, helpful and supportive, especially when my wife fell ill. The food and service were impeccable and the suggestion to travel a local path into the hills (instead of an all day trip to the Path of the Gods) was fantastic and thoroughly enjoyable. The views from this Hotel were nothing like we had ever seen (novice traveller alert!!) and sipping a cold one or a coffee on the terrace was exteremly relaxing and rewarding. Highly recommend this hotel if you are staying in Ravello.

Good size room, shower was good enough. Balcony area was nice could sit out under shade and look across neighbouring villages along the coast. Staff were brilliant and very helpful to a point of falling over themselves. Location is stunning!

The bed was not very comfortable at all. Found it very difficult to sleep. Aircon unit has a quiet mode, however in the dead of night its anything but quiet. Found the beer on draft a bit gassy; hence had to drink elsewhere or go for bottled. Could be more the delivery system than the beer itself.

Wonderful location in Ravello with easy walking distance to the centre. Fabulous views over Amalfi coastline and spotlessly clean and comfortable rooms. Antonio and his staff go the extra mile and are so helpful. Highly recommend, I would definitely stay at this hotel again :)

high on the mountain, the room and the hotel commons provide exceptional view of Amalfi coast! the hotel also has very good shared laundry room.

The position is great and the views are stunning! Staff and especially the owner, Antonio, are superb - so helpful, friendly and efficient. The garden area is lovely, making the the most of the view and the restaurant likewise. It feels like a home away from home

My bathroom was a little cramped but perfectly functional. Otherwise no negative comments

We loved the location, views and the loveliness of all staff members. They are very good at what they do, respectful, friendly and helpful. Antonio, the hotel Manager is an absolute legend. We will be coming back, highly recommend!

Antonio the host is first class. He was always there to answer all of my questions online before arrival and just as perfect onsite. The family run business creates a home away from home atmosphere where you feel welcomed the instant you arrive. The breakfast was exactly what I like since I prefer cold selections of fruit and yoghurt. The croissants are kept warm and the fruit is nicely ripened.

The wifi only worked in the suite which actually makes sense on vacation.
