We were only staying in Ravello for a single night while transiting onwards and this room was perfect for what we needed. Good value for money and very clean and a great Italian breakfast offered before our departure. While not right in the centre of town, it was only about a 5 minute walk to the piazza as Ravello centre is not so big.

This is not a complaint, but note that the property (like most) is inside the ZTL so you will need to drag your bags over Italian cobblestones to reach the property - but it is pretty close to the drop-off area.

I had the triple room which has a mini fridge, microwave, a coffee maker, a big closet, a desk, and a coat stand. A wonderful selection of snacks and coffee was provided in the room, and Sabina opens the breakfast room every morning at 9 AM: fresh coffee, yogurt, fruit, pastries, Nutella. Delicious! The bathroom is spacious and has a lovely shower. The air conditioning worked very well: helpful during a warm October weekend! Each room has a little table and chair outside the door, so you can relax outside. There is a sweet cat in residence, and his friend. You will meet lovely fellow travelers at breakfast! I cannot say enough about my hostess, Sabina. Firstly, she checked me in several hours early, which I appreciated. She returned to the property in the evening after I WhatsApp'd her in a panic because I could not figure out how to turn the shower on (in my defense, I was exhausted after not sleeping on a 9 hour flight and walking around town all day)--I am sure she thought I was crazy, but she was so kind. Then, she truly outdid herself. I became unwell after breakfast on my last day there, and was confined to my room and little patio. As the evening approached, I knew I needed sustenance but could only eat bland food, and did not trust myself to walk into town to possibly pick up a takeout order. I also had to get up very early the next morning to embark on a long journey. I was in a bit of a panic. A friend of mine who speaks fluent Italian called Sabina to ask for her help, and she agreed to order some food from a local restaurant and get it delivered to me. She and her husband arrived a little while later with her own HOMEMADE pasta in brodo, hard-boiled eggs, a huge package of crackers, and bottles of water: exactly what I needed. She let me have access to the breakfast room so I could sit at a table and consume her lovely food. Over and over, she told me to not hesitate to let her know if I needed anything else, and I truly believed her.

The best thing about Cecco Rooms besides comfort and convenience is the innkeeper Sabina. She is so knowledgeable and generous of spirit. I visited for my sister’s wedding and she went above and beyond to make sure mine and my family’s needs were met from the most minor to the most serious requests. We are ever grateful and recommend Sabina and Cecco Rooms HIGHLY to anyone going to Ravello for a special occasion.

Some technical issues with the light but fixed quickly

The room was very nice, I loved the decorations and they were accommodating with the type of bed we wanted. The walk to the central part of town was about 5-8 minutes but it was beautiful. You walk past a gorgeous garden with a view so we loved it. The breakfast offered was great, coffee, juice, pastries, cereal and treats. The place was very quiet and lovely. The wifi was amazing and my husband and I both worked there and were able to do video conference calls without an issue! Overall, a great place to stay. The host provided information about where to park and how to catch the free shuttle from the parking structure up to town.

We didn't like that there wasn't a screen on the bathroom window. We wanted to open it to air out the steam from the shower but didn't want to let bugs in so we left it closed and it started to smell a little bit. It was September so there were a few bugs that we didn't want to let fly in. I'm sure this would be fine in other times of the year.

The property was beautiful! Pictures don’t do it justice. It was situated in a quiet and safe road just a few minutes walk away from the main square Piazza Duomo. When we came to the property, we were greeted by the host who gave us such a warm and friendly welcome. She brought us to our room and it was much bigger than we expected with lots of little treats including snacks and coffee. The room was stunning and spotless, and the bed was super comfortable. The walk to the main square and main attractions including Villa Rufolo were less than 10 minutes away and the host was kind enough to give us some great food recommendations nearby. We wish we stayed another night, Ravello is a must when you are touring the south of Italy. Highly recommend this place to stay, service was exceptional and so comfortable. We will definitely be returning again soon. Thank you so much!

Sabina quickly responded to my questions and needs. I asked for a restaurant recommendation and she gave me one which extended a 10% discount because Sabina sent me. I also asked about mass times because I'm a regular churchgoer. I was able to hear mass because of her help. Also, my room was provided with small snacks with bread, jam, chocolate spread, biscuits and even excellent espresso. She also brought me oranges and banana. Finally, when I left she brought me in her car to the bus stop. She was helpful in every way and her accommodation was comfortable, spacious, and equipped with modern bathroom fixtures, I would book this room again. Grazie, Sabina!

We stayed here over the new year holidays. Not many options were available in the new year's eve, but this was a wonderful place we could find to make our vacation comfortable. The city center was within the walking distance, and the place had a good access to a taxi from Amalfi Coast. The owner was very kind and charming and gave us a lot of useful information on the events and sightseeing spots in Ravello. I guess we could not expect more.

The host was awesome! She left us snacks as we were travelling with limited mobile family members. The host was super accommodating with our pet dog as well.

The location was very "hilly" as there were a lot of long hills to walk up and down. Some of my family couldn't walk around the area due to the numerous steps and steep hills.

The property was at walking distances from all the famous places of Ravello. The rooms were spacious and clean.The hotel is made in an old fort kind of place which makes it even more romantic.Absolutely loved the place. Sabina was the perfect host we could ever ask. She was super kind and helpful all the time. Definitely recommend this to everyone who plans a trip to Ravello.

Sabina was a great host with lots of information for us upon check-in. Also the car park with complimentary transport to and from the rooms, for a good fee was useful as there was only residence parking nearby within a ZTL Zone.central position in the town with restaurants nearby
