The hotel is reachable by car. We did not have to carry suitcases long distance. The front desk was very pleasant. The hotel has a restaurant and bar. There is also a restaurant next door with very authentic italian food. The vew from our balcony was incredible!!!!. Were were on level -4. Get a room with a balcony for sure. The room size was good. The breafast and breakfast staff -great. Very fresh fruts and food. Great coffee. We made our own orange juice. We loved the breakfast. Hotel is very near the main square and taxi stop. We really enjoyed the hotel and location.

The air conditioner was not working too well and we were hot at night. Also the pillows were hard. The rest was very good.

Your hotel was welcoming, quiet, the views were absolutely amazing, the rooms were large with WIR with loads of hanging space. Your laundry facilities were excellent. The restaurant had the views and beautiful food to match. In the bar everyone was so friendly and tempered clients. Breakfast was brilliant with lots of options - again with views. Could not recommend Hotel Graal enough if you want a special stay - close enough to the square but within easy walk that provides you with peace and tranquility

Could not fault your hotel - absolutely loved it

The view from our room was beautiful, the view from the restaurant was beautiful, the swimming pool was wonderful we always managed to find 2 sunbeds together and no matter where you positioned yourself the views were amazing. A nice 4-5minutes walk to the main square and plenty of lovely restaurants surrounding it.

Air conditioning in the bedroom was adequate but could have worked better, the cleanliness of the swimming pool again could have been better. Apart from those things I would thoroughly recommend Hotel Graal.

The Staff were all very friendly, Location of the Hotel and view from top of Ravello was amazing, Ravello itself is like 25 Min from Main Amalfi town with frequent every 30 Min to 1 Hr bus (SITA bus with 1.5 EUR) to Amalfi and back starting 7 AM and ends at 10 PM ..... Ravello is quiet place compared to Positano or Amalfi yet value for money was v.good .... The Breakfast at hotel was amazing and with good varities .. neighbourhood was really nice and with great views (3 Min from Ravello Cathedral) and a lot of restaurants and bars open till 10 PM .... we had a special Room with view (no. 229) that has the greatest view in the whole hotel overlooking Amalfi coast from top high mountains of Ravello .... all went great and very nice

Nothing all was great .. only one thing was some lizards in the balcony due to the nature of Greenery surrounding the hotel so for people who panic this can be not good thing to have yet for people who are ok with them nothing is harmful

The welcome set the tone, really friendly and helpful. Then we saw the view and I immediately decided to extend our planned stay. Ravello itself was beautiful and much more relaxed than the rush of Amalfi. Lots to do and see and plenty of really good restaurants. We walked down to Amalfi one day and realised how lucky we were to be up in Ravello. The walk is hard (lots of steps) but it was a highlight for us. Especially the section from Atrani to Amalfi. We ended up sharing a taxi back as the busses didn’t turn up.

The only negative I should say is that we could hear people in another room, as if they were in our room. In the whole we were very happy though.

Perfect stay. Very nice staff, very helpful. The breakfast is a highlight, huge variety of food and you can press fresh orange and lemon juice. Each room has the view we are coming to Ravello for. We had a nice terrace. And also the pool with the view is great. Walking distance to Ravello downtown is 3 minutes, perfect location. Will definitely come back.

Room are rather new but not exceptional for the price. The hotel is slightly dated but this is in a beautiful village so can’t complain. A bit pricey but peak season and booked last minute.

Everything was really beautiful! They even upgraded our room. Sadly, they scratched my car on thr parking. It was rental and brand brand new. I was the very first person to drive it. We came by it and I left it to the very kind boy to park it. I took it the next day. However, I noticed when we parked in Amalfi, it was scratched. Book full insurance if you come by car to the Amalfi coast! The hotel was great!

Everything was excepțional from the friendly helpful staff, to the food, the room, the location, the view from our room - and all areas of the hotel. We loved it!

It would be handy to have somewhere to hang the towels în the bathroom - but that didn't detract from our stay.

Everything,the room newly renovated was exceptional with an amazing view from the balcony . The staff incredible all of them and so helpful. The included buffet breakfast had everything you could imagine . Restaurant for dinner 5 stars plus . The pool with view super clean . I can’t say enough good things about this property, only wish we could have stayed longer . Definitely want to go back . It was very reasonable priced especially for such an amazing place
