We booked Nonno Francesco a week before arriving. Even with positive reviews, I wasn't sure what to expect. It exceeded my expectations. The staff were so helpful giving information about how to access the property on arrival. The rooms were ready hours before check-in. We fell in love with Ravello and requested to stay another night on a whim, which they arranged for us. Nothing was too much for the owners, offering us an early breakfast to accommodate our boat tour in Amalfi and organising a taxi to the coast. I highly recommend this property for a central accommodation in Ravello with the most helpful of staff going above and beyond for its guests.

We liked everything!! The views were incredible from the balcony, the room was comfy and had everything we needed. The staff / owners were so friendly, helpful and accommodating. The breakfast spread and fresh coffee was great, especially being able to eat on the outdoor terrace with the occasional cat visitor from the local area of Ravello where cats roam happy and free.

There was nothing we didn’t like. As with most of ravello, there is a bit of walking involved to get from the bus drop off to the inn, including steps and slopes. So mobility is needed, but like I said, this is true for most places in ravello.

The host Andrea has great communication and is very helpful. The views from the corner room are absolutely stunning! See pictures. Super clean and tidy place, the sun lounging area is lovely. Very large room which is amazing value for money in Ravello. I would absolutely recommend Nonno Francesco B&B.

To me the breakfast was a little basic - it's mainly sweet pastries, cereal and toast. To get the property it's up a big hill and down quite a lot of stairs, but this is fine if you're fit/able bodied.

Property and surrounding are fabulous, breakfast is great, staff is helpful

Location is quite deep inside Ravello including hills and stairs (~15mins walk) to reach the property and slightly inconvenient when travelling with a child/pram. We definitely enjoyed the walks, keeps you active on your feet but it's a bit unexpected especially when arriving with luggage, pram, etc.

The inn is located in a quiet location with great views up and down the valley. Relaxing on the terrace was wonderful. Exceptionally clean. Good breakfast with standard continental style offerings. Not far from the town center. The owner was very responsive to questions and gave detailed instructions on how to get to the B&B. (Be sure to study the route - it is easy to get off-route in the winding pathways of old towns like this one.) A great choice for Ravello.

Quite a hike up the hill and a flight of stairs however a porter can be arranged for a fee. Coffee in the room would have been nice.

Exactly like the pictures. Very clean. Quiet. The staff was very very nice. Close to the center. The balcony is nice and spacious. Breakfast with beautiful view. Would stay again.

The extra bed for one person is a bit small and it’s not a real bed, it’s a foldable bed, not so comfortable for an adult but it would be ok for child

We had spacious, quiet rooms and it was lovely to enjoy a glass of wine on the balcony, before going out for the evening. The owner, Andrea, was very friendly and helped us with restaurant reservations, directions for the airport transfer taxi, Porter service etc.

The B&B is only accessible by foot from the main square so carrying luggage is a challenge, especially as there is a steep flight of stairs from the road down to the property, although a Porter service (with a tuk- tuk) is available for an extra charge.

Everything was perfect! Host was easy to contact and provided endless helpful information. B&B was immaculate and in the most beautiful location. Staff were so lovely and made us feel so welcome. Nothing was a problem and they accommodated breakfast for the very early morning starts. Couldn't say enough about this B&B...it was fantastic!

Amazing view, extremely welcoming and kind staff, nice breakfast, clean and cozy room, everything was perfect!

There are a lot of ups and downs and stairs from the parking lot/town center to the hotel. Please consider that you have to walk quite long and I recommend you not to bring a heavy luggage. However, we enjoyed walking through the small streets on the way to the hotel.
