It is a roomed building. the reception is only open at specific times for reception and departure. It's very clean and the rooms are newly renovated. Some rooms have a balcony where you can sit. Ours had a patio door but no balcony to sit on. Fresh and complete lunch.

The location of the hotel is really not ideal. Contrary to what is written, it is a 20-minute walk from the old town and we are good walkers. The descent is easy but dangerous since there is no sidewalk. To go to the nearest beach, you have to go down 400 steps and to go back up, you need to be in good shape.

The room was clean and comfortable, they even made a small upgrade, but I think this was just because we were the only one in the villa.

The lady who welcomed us had a very cold communication, no smile, few words and even though we were the only one checking in at 12.00 we couldn't check in before 15.00, but we could leave our luggage in the reception. The breakfast was awfully boring, even though we were told the it will be italian style. (One day the couldn't serve a Basic glass of juice telling us it has finnished). One day we parked our scooter in front of the reception were there's a small interior yard and they text me rightaway to park it outside, on the street, as if it could bother someone besides us who were the only one in the villa. If you think of staying there be carefull of buying shampoo and shower gel, they provide only some samples as if they were get for free in Carrefour or Profi.

This place was absolutely stunning! The room was beautiful as you can see from the photo and extremely clean we even had slippers which was a real treat! The view from our room was beautiful. Jessica was lovely, really helpful and accommodating in telling me all the information from how to get to the property and having someone meet me there as soon as I arrived as i was later than the 6pm check in time. The breakfast was delicious and all the other staff were lovely also, if you’re thinking of going to Amalfi I cannot recommend this place enough!

Cant fault it to be honest! I would just be mindful its a 20-25 minute walk to the centre down a busy road which didn’t bother us but could some people!

We had a very nice experience of our stay, good location, very nice view from super nice balcony! Very clean and white, loved our comfortable bed and very sweet signora served our breakfast 🙏 she was our Amalfi mama, thank you so much for your warmth and cappuccino 🥰 we miss you.. it make our stay cozy, we loved that privacy what we got there. One thing is good to know before, no parking in property, but close to villa is a parking for extra charge! Nice parking stuff, nice bar close to villa and bus stop write next to property!

The entrance and hallways are beautifully renovated. The room is updated and the sunlight adds to the beauty of the colors.

The air conditioner didn't work. In 40 degree weather you need it. The room was 28 degrees. The room smelled stuffy, like water infiltration, don't like that stuffy smell, like wet clothes that didn't dry properly. The breakfast is not buffet, the lady serves you but you feel limited in the choices. No water in the rooms!!! Open the fridge and there is nothing, every hotel I went to offered water and drinks! This is such a big deal when you are tired and thirsty from travelling, and it costs nothing to do it!

The property was very beautiful as it faced the waters. It was clean and family friendly. The host wasn’t there to greet us, but she was readily available via messaging. If you provide her with an approximate arrival time, she will call the property and greet via phone with instructions. Breakfast on the terrace was amazing as well.

The staff member that greeted us didn’t speak English, so it was difficult to ask her questions during check-in. But having Google translation helped a lot. She was very friendly nonetheless. Make sure you arrive during the check-in slot to be able to enter the property.

Location - it's a tough town with how far away everything is and the roads are so tight to walk, so it was less than 2 KM from town and the bus stop was very close to the entrance. Also, the included breakfast was REALLY key and the staff was able to accommodate making it earlier when we had to leave which was incredibly gracious. The view was incredible . The beds were great and the bathroom was really good with water pressure and cleanliness

We did have some ants, but it was minimal.

Villa Guarracino is located on the Amalfi hillside, the views overlooking the Amalfi Coast and the lush lemon orchards are inspiring. The facility is comfortable, and modern yet still has the charm of tradition with the breakfast garden. The staff, while we had a rocky start were very friendly and helpful especially with transport and advice on places to dine. The Villa is a little distance from the main town (20 minutes walk), so it provides serenity after a full and enjoyable day.

The Villa staff were not present 24/ 7. We arrived before our check in, and the facility was closed. the place felt abandoned. We had to wait almost three hours before someone arrived at the Villa, (at a local bar with all our suitcases.) While we understand check in was fixed there should have been someone at the facility at all times. This experience could have ruined our vacation. The staff tried to make amends. But the absence of the staff was noticeable throughout the stay, especially at nights. When you visit a country, you really want to have someone to interact with regularly, and front desk staff are essential for providing that support.

We stayed in the junior suite with a terrace and it was lovely. The room was very clean and quiet, terrace was beautiful and the bed was very comfortable. We had great sleeps here.

Would have been a 10/10 if there was a kettle or coffee maker in our room and closer to Amalfi town. Paying $500 AUD a night you sort of expect tea and coffee facilities. you can buy coffee downstairs but the staff didn’t start til 8 we couldn’t get coffee until they were up. The property isn’t in Amalfi town so be prepared to get the bus or taxi to and from Amalfi.

The staff , especially Jessica were helpful and nice ! They took care of us very well !! The location is perfect near bus stop ...and 30 minutes walking from city center, very quite and cosy ... very clean and spacious

No restaurant avaible at the facility , and it would be perfect of there is a kettle in the room to boil some water
