Absolutely stunning accommodation! The hotel was a great choice in the Anacapri area about 20 minutes walking from the main Anacapri square, where the buses depart to Capri. The room was spotlessly clean and big enough for our family of four with its own balcony! We also had a table with chairs outside and a mini bar! It wasn't for free but it was really nice to have some options such as water, wines and snacks! We had an amazing night in a peaceful villa with a satisfying breakfast in the morning including sweets and healthy options as well. The swimming pool was a very nice spot in the beautiful green back yard! The hotel is surrounded by trees and flowers! The staff was above the highest expectations, always smiling, polite and willing to provide any kind of help or advice. They even drove us to the Anacapri bus station, which was great! Special thanks to front desk! Definitely we are coming back in our next visit to Capri!

LOVED the staff - they were super helpful and willing to drive you and your luggage into town since the hotel is a bit out of the way. Their homemade cakes at breakfast were delicious and I loved being surrounded by fruit trees. It was early spring so the pool area wasn't open, but it looked great! The room was very clean (and I have high standards) and the bed was comfortable. I never heard my neighbors.

Certain times would run out of hot water (I think right after the family next to us showered, or something like that) though the water was usually hot.

I really recommend this property to anyone that is coming to capri, as I find it part of the experience. Eating local fresh food, living with a very lovely authentic family, and a very comfortable rooms and environment. I am currently enrolled in one of the best schools of tourism, I find this concept very hard to find, I think hospitality here is in the blood, its not just by book and science but by culture and social interaction with the guests. I would highly recommend this place for anyone who is coming to Capri, believe me it’s not just a place to stay, but also a part of the Capri experience.

Great hosts! Great communications! The breakfast was awesome. It truly felt like a family run hotel. We would love to go back some day. Hotel is easily within walking distance to downtown area. We took the bus a couple of times and walked most of the time.

For the four of us (two adults, two kids), the room was a bit tight. If it had been just the two of us, it would have been perfect.

People are nice, the homemade breakfast every morning is sweet. The host gives us lifts to Anacapri whenever it’s convenient, which made the location better. They also offer wash and fold service at a very decent price on the island. Garden is very pretty, quiet. If you’re looking for a relaxed place away from the tourists, this would be great.

Location is a bit far from everything, it’s mostly okay because the owner does offer lifts. But when it’s not possible, it’s inconvenient to have to walk over 25 mins to get to food, even longer to get to tourist attractions on the Capri side.

Very friendly and helpful staff. Beautiful setting in amongst the lemon and orange trees. Sweet dog Vittorio and adorable cat Patricia. Delicious breakfast, fresh bread rolls, cakes and handmade jams and great coffee. Location a little out of town, but as long as you don't mind the 15 min uphill walk to town, it's perfect. Anacapri is a beautiful little town, Capri town is also nice, but Anacapri is better.

Might be too quiet for some. We had a neighbouring room complain we were being "too noisy" at 10pm when we were just having a chat and a laugh.

not much , it was a great experience

We enjoyed our stay and would definitely come back. It's a family owned hotel and everyone was very friendly and helpful. The property is beautiful and so is the island. We really liked Anacapri and would usually take a taxi to the center since it's uphill, and later walk back to the hotel. The prices were about 20-30 Euro for a taxi ride, depending on where we were going. A bus stop is also nearby. Breakfast cakes were amazing!

This hotel was amazing. We went there for a few days in Capri and we had the best welcome we could ever wish for. Simona and her Mother were very kind, and with a great help to search all the bests spots in Capri to have a wonderful trip ! We laughed and talked a lot and we had an impression of being part of the family and it was very precious for us three ! Aniello and her family were such wonderful hosts. They were very communicative and helpful with great local recommendations. The room and hotel were spotless and we felt so welcomed! The hotel was in a lovely location, quiet and private but still close to Anacapri and local beaches with lots of bus routes and shuttle services available. The hotel breakfast was lovely and the staff were so helpful and attentive.
